Yes, let's think of something that fits in with the Temple theme. Good idea.

The BA'ers have the "Escapist's Haven", so how about we have something along the lines of "The Graphics Oasis" or something like that, except something less cheesy >:3

I am partial to the Graphics Hall or Graphics Temple, or Temple of Graphics or something.

Keep in mind that the SoI and the Art section are two different things, so we can't use a misleading name. Hence the weird names for the section that we have to come up with <_<

How about.. The Graphic Bailiwick.. no. How about.. The Digital Bailiwick of Graphic Design.. too long. Erm.. oh goodness, I fail at this.

But I defaintly think that the new name should have bailiwick in it.

I think anything else good has been said.

Here's my random bits for names, if we do indeed wish to ditch the SoI moniker. Some are not suitable, for sure, but I figured I would throw them out there in case they inspire any other ideas from you guys:

1. Fovea Centralis (part of the eye where vision is most acute)
2. Phasmatis Calamus (Latin - "Ghost Pen")
3. The Cortex
4. The Forge (my fav of my list; simple and effective.)
5. Dream Factory

And to pay homage to the site:

6. The Lens of Truth
7. Tingle's Tower (sorry, couldn't resist )
8. The Picto Box
9. The Pyramid of Power
10. The Secret Grotto

I do like Digital Graphics Domain as well, as it sounds rather professional, though I would prefer something a little more creative and less static. I dunno, perhaps that's just me.

So you guys like the Digital Graphics Domain eh? Heehee I stayed up all night thinking of that one simple but sensual name So if thats what everyone seems to like, it gets my vote as well.
