I am new to the sprite comic business, and this is my first step! Zeldish is a sprite comic that is sort of a mix between Four Swords and Minish Cap. I have a stoyline worked out for it and everything. Zeldish will be around for a good while, and I have many plans for it. Again, this is my very first time making a sprite comic, so I would love to have some comments. ^_^

The comic gave me a chuckle and that was about it. Keep trying though and you will eventually get better. As they say "Practice makes perfect".

I had a hard time kicking that off. I thought I would just give some humor on their ignorance of real life. Also, I was trying to be as non- 8-bit Theatre as possible so I don't get bashed for copying. It's like a giant wheel. It's hard to get going, but once it starts rolling, it will be easier. I put in the easter egg thing because I started this project around Easter of this year. It will get better, just wait. ^_^

I hope it does get better so I will be able to have a good laugh while I sit here doing nothing. Besides I love to read stuff like that because it is totally random and I like random things.

I am a random person myself (or so my friends say). I'll give you a little fun fact: Blue is going to be shaped a bit from my own personality.

Hehe... I'm random too. Read my comics and you'll find out why. Now as for your comics, they were pretty good. I can tell they were made on photoshop(or something other than paint). I can tell that they will get better as you make more. Pretty much everyone's comics do.

And yes, Zeldish is created mostly in Photoshop Elements 3.0. I'm a graphic designer, so I must reflect a bit of that in my work.

I will hopefully have the next part up soon. Things will be slow after that because school. I will post here to let you know when there's an update.

I apologize for not putting up a new update, but Monday will start off my last week of school (for the year) and then I'll have time to finish part 2. I haven't given up this project...far from it!

Heh, that was pretty funny. I can't wait for the next one. They're really random and funny. *gives plasma screen TV*

I like the comics.They are so cool.Especially the 6th panel.How did you do that?

I'm almost done with Part 2! Expect it to be up very soon. I'll let you know when I'm finished. ^_^

Me: It actually took a good while for me to make it. I spent a lot of time thinking about it, looking for sprites, backgrounds, and thinking up the storyline. But for actually putting that all together, I think I worked on it for about a week (not a week straight, but within a week). I put a lot of work into it (and still am. I'm at the tip of the iceberg right now)to make sure Zeldish will stay for a long time to come. I'm trying things you usually don't see in sprite comics. Take the sixth panel for example. Members at Zeldauniverse.net are loving this comic too (especially the sixth panel). So, to me, I feel like I'm helping to take sprite comics to the next level by escaping the flat 2-D look every once in a while. This does take a lot of work though, and is time consuming. So don't expect Zeldish to be a daily comic!

Thanks for the compliment. And not only is the comic itself fun, but I have fun making it! I will hopefully have part III up by the end of this week, but don't quote me on that. Also, I will be accepting guest and fan comics for my site. I am planning to have at least three guest comics per chapter.

Although it might be a little while before part III, discussion on parts one and two are open. Do you guys have any questions so far? I'll see if I can answer them. ^_^
