Request Form:
Size: I generally do 350x115 for banners, 500x500 for edits. and 100x100 for icons.
Type of graphic: I do banners, icons, and edits, but am willing to try something new!
Text:
Image: Leave one image, using more than one will make it look sloppy.
Other Preferences:

Just leaving some feedback and say that you've got some very awesome stuff in this thread. For only working two years with graphics, you're definitely nailing these images with all sorts of subtle effects, nice layers and simple text.
Would love to have a signature similar to the one you're wearing now, so expect a request from me sometime.
