Eh if anyone finds any awesome anime drawing tuts could they please post them in this topic? Thankies ^_^

EDIT: Also tutorials on drawing the prospective heads/bodies etc would be nice. Or whatever you call it before you draw the actual person.

You're in the graphic design section, which is generally for computer generated images (signatures, banners). You'd be better suited for the artwork section.
