Heh well I'm glad you got the gusto to keep trying, I realize how hard the color changing alone is period let alone the animation.(As I've taken a visual basic course in the past, I personally know that coding is NOT fun. xD ) Major credit to ya regardless of how long it takes. hehe we all have stupid moments, and Allysa has them a lot more often than you might think.

Alright, here it is. The GIF setting needed to upload animations sort of ruined the quality, but everything's there, and I can switch the background and animation speed pretty easily, anything else might require a little more time.

Awesome! Nah, it just needed to be going fast enough to notice a change Lemme see if my trick works and I'll give it a shot here if it does. thanks ^_^

Edit: Good news dude, if you still have the original image I can use that at my site. I just checked the formats supported and this's the list. .gif .jpeg .jpg .png .bmp the site that I use to upload the image is tinypic, I think they support all file types. hmm...it's strange though, there's a slight glitch in the animation on THAT site, but nowhere else. I guess cause it has the resize photo on. lemme chk on that an get back to you on that one. ^_^

Actually, only .gifs support animation, I think, anyways.

Edit: There's something called an APNG, which is an animated PNG, basically a GIF, but with better quality. Photoshop doesn't have an extension for it yet, but I'll keep my eye out for one and remake your avi as soon as possible.

Humm...couldn't you go to the thing where when you save the file and name it, and try typing in the extention yourself. IE when you're naming the file, you type in randomphotoname.APNG ? I'm not saying you'd have to, or that it'd work but it's worth a shot. ^_^
