Greetings, I'm fratey. I'm willing to teach the darkest arts of Photoshop. What's the "dark arts", though?

How to apply
Post some of your work. It'll be like a small "application", to make me able to help you in the best way possible, so keep it to a limit of max four signatures, max four avatars and/or two large pieces. Two out of three of these are optional, which means that you can, for example, apply only with signatures, or only large pieces, if you wish, or both.

Once you posted your work, I'll choose to either pick you up as a student, or to give you some advice to "get going". I need a bit of a ground to work on, so you should be familiar with the tools and filters, and be able to make decent work, to be taken into the class. If I cannot take you as a "student", then I will do my best to take you to the level required. I'm sorry if this makes me sound like an elitist prick or arsehole, but that's life. The standard required isn't even "mediocre" anyway, so you're welcome to apply anytime.

What programs will I need?

• Photoshop or GimpShop (Preferrably Photoshop)

If you get approved

• MSN
• TeamViewer if you have above a 512kbps connection (TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the Internet), highly recommended

Very good depth for a smudge tag! Great tag. Nothing at all to critique upon elsewhere, except that the bottom right kinda cuts the flow.

Some more foreground effects and a use of PNG instead of JPG would perfect this tag.

Some burn and dodge on the right side to create depth, and one lightning source would clean this tag up.

Absolutely brilliant tag! The depth is amazing. The two lightning sources work out very well here. Hell, I find it hard to say a single negative thing about it.

Yellow, ocean blue, and mellow red tend to clash - try some white with textures instead.

Fewer lightning sources, a PNG format, and less defined usage of round C4Ds (try some sharp to mix up) would make this tag very good

A greater sense of lightning here would do great - maybe some color adjustments too. (just a filter on 10% or something)

Cut out the totally unnecessary "lightning" near the bottom. Burn and dodge the skulls a bit. I like this!
