Genshai_GFX Guide to Squiggly lines[GIMP] **

Okay, I thought I would give this tut for some people new to GIMP. If you want to do nice sqiggly vector lines, but dont want to do all that hard work with the paths tool, then use this tut! It explains how to make simple vector lines, that look nice, and can be used for anything! The first two steps explain how to do just one, but reading all of them tells you how to make a neat looking sig too.

Step 1

Draw a simple vector line, can be straight, or can be slightly wavey, like mine.

Step 2

Now go to Filters->Disorts-> Iwarp. If you dont know how to use this then look at the bottom for a simple explanation. Otherwise, just move stuff round to a position you like.

Step 3

Repeat this a few more times to fill the sig in a bit more.

Step 4

Use some sort of texture from google images or something and set it to a layer mode that looks nice. I used This texture on Difference.

Step 5

add text, border, and some other finishing touches and your done!
