Homeroom Battle?
I just spawned an idea. Since there are so many different kinds of people doing different types of projects, why not complete the students? I think this idea has been brought up before but we can pull this off simply and can simulate the section. Here's how it'd work out.
1. Divide teachers into the groups of programs they teach. 2. Take students from the teachers and do matching up with other homerooms. Ex: DSL9 - Pani student 1 - student 3 student 2 - student 2 student 3 - student 1 BUT 3. If there are no opposing homerooms for example, possibly paint teachers, they should just divide their homeroom itself and battle the people in their homeroom. Any ideas for anything else? Suggestions for this idea? |

Re: Homeroom Battle?
Eh, sorry. Your paint teacher is still computer banned. Currently I have my laptop under a blanket on my bed. So I'm really not on long enough to deal with that sort of thing. And mine would be that special homeroom simply split in half.
![]() I think a big problem with it would probably be that the homerooms are all different sizes. Pani and DSL aren't that likely to both have three students. Another biggie is that students (and teachers) tend to mysteriously vanish, which might make it kinda hard to keep running. Anyways, a while ago weren't we talking about possibly having some insanely huge contest with all the students? We were saying at first to have every student enter their own, then complaints about limits of programs came up, and I thought in the end we were thinking we might manage to have it paired up, like a collaboration sort of a thing. That way rather then Photoshop vs. Paint it would be Photoshop and Paint against Gimp and PSP or something like that. If it's left simply at one room vs another though, don't expect much input from me. My homeroom is dying because I haven't had enough time to sit and type up lessons, or go hunting down students. If we do do something, we should probably make it between all the classes, simply because that means that certain students wouldn't be left out just because their lazy teacher didn't feel like doing anything about it.

Re: Homeroom Battle?
Well that's why I added the improvement of the said contest before by making it between similar program homerooms. If you have say Pani and DSL, I have 3 people currently and say she has 4, then another one of my students could then go and again battle. It's acutally quite simple.

Re: Homeroom Battle?
Well, unfortunately it would take you at least 2 similiar homerooms to start this, and right now you have one Photoshop one and one mostly dead paint class. So good luck getting it moving.
![]() Actually, they gave us all space for 400 PMs, so maybe anytime a teacher wants to start something big we should just send out massive amounts of notices until people start to reply.
