Your Favourite Plot-Storyline

I don't think depressing is the word... I would say 'emotional'

Slightly Freudian. It just seemed kind of cliche to me. But then again, it took me six years to beat it. It may have been less cliche when it came out then when I beat it.

Ocarina of Time, TP and WW were only awesome because of connections to Oot's story.

WW by far. It is connected to the main plot but it advances it.
it is the only game that i feel actually moves the main plot forward to a new position

What do you mean by main plot? Do you mean the time line or the actual game WW?

I liked LA and MM. Both stories has surreal qualities and the latter was pretty dark. :3

I think he means the entire timeline with Hyrule getting flooded and all.

That's what I was thinking.

I chose LA, because I think the story was pretty darn amazing. I like that it allowed for adventure AND romance, and the end of the story leaves you wondering about so much- what exactly IS reality? It was a bittersweet story, I think. Plus, Marin is so perfect. <3

WW and OoT are the two best storylines. MM was good but it wasnt a story line... It was something better

Majoras mask would be best overall with the three days thing and do it now or the town dies!!!. Nice.

I'm inclined to vote Link's Awakening. That game had a better sense of emotion than alot of the games that came after it.

WW had a good moral to its story, and fleshed out a couple characters pretty well (though it also contaned some of the most annoying characters in the series). My biggest complaint is how they handled Link, and the level of which they referenced OOT. Throughout the entire game, he pretty much stays stuck in OOT Link's shadow.

TP handled Link, his sidekick character Midna, and a majority of the supporting cast in ways that are among the best yet in the series, giving it stronger structure in the regards of charaterization.

How come MM and TWW have the most votes? Both their storylines bored me as hell.

Anyway, my favorites were that of TP and TMC. TP's was dark, epic, and also kind of tragic. TMC's was just all too cool. Adventures come in all sizes, from human size to Minish size!
