What would happen if Ganon won?

Let's say Ganon wins. He defeats Link, gets the entire triforce and takes over everything. When you spend many years waiting to fight the one and then you succeed, what do you have to look forward to? Just to sit on your throne every day, doing nothing? Does Ganon age? So if he's the ruler and grows old, I wonder who will be the next in line?

I suppose if he won, he would...... um......... he would.......... You are right there is nothing for him to do except playing mini-games in Kakariko Village.

Ganon would eventually grow bipolar, dress Phantom Ganon in green tights, and play tennis-er battle him all day if Link ever died.

Or I would return the game.

Whichever sounds more probable.

Ganondorf's lust for power could never be completely satisfied, and unfortunately for him, that will be the weakness that leads to his defeat by yet another hero.

I doubt Ganon would age if he won, because he could just make himself immortal with the Triforce.
And he would probably try to conquer other lands after he took over Hyrule. Then, he would rule the whole world/universe. Mass fear and depression would ensue among all people. Children as slaves. Men worked to the marrow and whipped by Moblins at the slightest sign of laziness. Women terrorized and violated constantly. Darkness enveloping all.

...gosh, that would get pretty boring after a while, huh? Really, ruling over everything doesn't sound very fulfilling after it's the same thing day in and day out for thousands of years.
He probably would go insane. And THEN he'd play tennis with Tingle.

I think his lust for power would make him try and conquer more and more land. Eventually, one of three things would happen:

He would rule over everything, and the world would fall to ruin. Eventual apocalypse.

The Goddesses would intervene and flood the lands he already had to stop him.

Eventually, someone somewhere - maybe even several someones, like, you know, an army - would band together against Ganon and defeat him.

We see this in AoL! Each time you die *sniffles*

I think he would have offspring and somewhere down the line his grandchild or something would be good rather than evil and rise up to defeat him and bring balance to the force...er.. of evil. :0P'

1.Ganondorf was not waiting years to fight someone. His goal is not to defeat Link, nor is it to kill him. As we see in tWW, he not only defeats him(twice actually, the first time when Link gets the master sword, and the second time when he takes Link's triforce piece.) He then says that he doesn't wish to hurt or kill them, but only to take their triforce pieces.

2. Ganondorf looks older in Wind Waker, so yeah, I think he does age.

3.Ganondorf, unfortunately CAN'T win. His lust for more power is a goal that can never be completely achieved. He will always want more. The only for Ganondorf to win would be to learn to be content with what he' s got, and stop coveting over those things that he doesn't have.
