What would happen if Ganon won?

It'd be a waste, wouldn't it?

Going through all those dungeons as Link, all those bosses, only to fail?
It'd be damn funny, though.

Yeah, he won because there was no Hero of Time to stop him, so the Goddesses just flooded Hyrule and left him all alone with nothing to do.

And as in the end of TWW and ALttP, if Ganon actually succeeded in completing the entire Triforce together (even if he did succeed in wishing upon it to rule the world) then he would be ultimately killed by a new hero because the Triforce of Power isn't in his hand anymore.

UNLESS he wished to become immortal.

But it's shown in TWW that his priority is just to rule the world.

Happened in WW. Goddesses drowned the land and waited for a new hero.

After killing Link and Zelda, he would massacre the Sages, and turn their temples into fabulous summer homes. Then he'd probably get bored with ruling Hyrule alone the way he got bored with only ruling the Gerudo, and end up conquering the YOOONIVERSE.

After he beat link, he would sit in his royal chamber all day playing legend of zelda games, intentionally killing Link.

First he takes over all of Hyrule, kill any people that disobey his laws and destroy a bunch of ****. Then he would want to conquer the Sacred Realm and prob fight the Triforce Gods, so nobody can stand in his way. Then he would prob take over other areas, or atleast try to.

I always wanted a Zelda game where the main enemy becomes ultra powerful due to him/her possessing all of the Triforces, then its your job to bring him down. That would be the best Zelda/GAME of all time. Restoring a shattered and broken land(Hyrule) to its original state then travelling to the Sacred Realm and taking back the full triforce.

I have no idea, why does everybody think that antagonists are so narrow-minded. I'm sure they could rule the kingdom/world in their way and they wouldn't be as bad as everybody thinks. If they'd do what you think (the quote of swizzles) that would cause rebellions, and he'd have to kill everybody, if he doesn't want to be killed by the rebels. And if he kills everybody, then... yes.
And I'm sure antagonists know this. They're dangerous, and they could grow so powerful only if they're smart.

It's obvious really.

He would get challenged to a battle by his (even more) evil twin, Captain Falcon. They would become locked in a battle that would never cease and would only end with the explosion of the world.

Ganondorf could never truly win, not really. At least, not the way he does things. No matter how many times he successfully takes over Hyrule, the Goddesses would just flood it again. Unless he managed to somehow get so powerful he could actually kill the Goddesses, Wind Waker would just keep happening over and over.

Ganon would pobably dance on Link's grave 9/10s of his life. Then he would rule the world for what's left of his life before he falls into a depression caused by extreme boredom and will wish he had never killed Link. He'll, either, kill himself or go after Peter Pan.

How about.. Ganon gets all the pieces of the triforce, defeats the three goddesses. becomes a god, and then annex all other lands to become a part of his own. He'd also probably try and kill all of link's descendants and personal effects? Then maybe what Swizzles said. :3

Meh. Maybe he'd turn Hyrule into a vastly populated metropolis with incredible technology. Have we actually seen what Ganon does once he has power? I'm pretty sure we've just seen what he does to try and get power.

I actually think Ganon would be an good king. After all, he would do something Link never dared to do...! He would kill Tingle...!
