The Four Swords manga is probably the best Zelda manga of the lot, in my opinion. The other Zelda mangas are all pretty boring and lifeless, but the Four Swords manga has some really funny interaction between the Links which saves the manga from mediocrity.
In America, Red is typically portrayed as the aggressive one, and Blue as the meek one. But in Japan, it's the other way around.
Their personalities in the manga reflect the types of voices they were given in-game. Purple Link had the most mature sounding voice, so he was the most mature character. Red Link had a really squeaky voice, so he was kind of childish. Blue Link had a kind of boisterous voice, so they made him hyper. And Green Link sounded like normal Link, and that's how he was in the manga.
yeah now that that I actually read past the first curse I saw have to admit that is one good manga! currently looking at the other LoZ manga they have. and almost forgot one thing. look at raven from OoA then at the drummer from the mm backstory chapter look familiar?
Yeah, I'd always thought that Purple would have Red's personality.
That was your last highly improbable judo manuver!
