My lot have not played any Zelda game as far as i know. My Dad did once play Banjo Kazooie.

i tried to introduce my mom to zleda, starting with the first one on VC, and she couldn't understand. my dad has to stare at the remote for fifteen seconds trying to figure out which button is for the sword, and then another 5 seconds to slowly press it with his index finger...

Yeah, it'd be hard my mom to play with Zelda, because she isn't too good at English, and she wouldn't be able to understand the texts. Okay, she'd surely get what's going on (I could, too, when I was a child, and couldn't understand English neither), but it'd hard for her, and make her sad. (She'd love to be good in English, but now she can't learn it. Oh well.) So, I guess she won't like it, that's why I don't force her to play with Zelda. :]

If my Dad can't play MK: DD, I doubt he could play OoT.

no my parents dont play zelda, my good ol dad would call me gay alot growing up (all in jest of course) and my mum just hoped that i would put the controller of my n64 down as soon as possible.

i did get my granma to have a shot at beating Gohma on OoT once, she didnt win. lol

OoT of course, MM is a close second. I enjoy them all except Zelda II, never got the vibe of that one!!

I know parents that do play video games, but mine don't. My dad once tried to play Ocarina of Time and ended up running Link into some enemies and then didn't know what the attack button was. Then in the process of running away he ran into a wall.

I think any of the Zelda games would be too confusing for my parents. They dont play anything more complicated than Dr. Mario. LOL

Nope, my mom is completely clueless when it comes to any thing having to do with zelda, or any video game for that matter.

In fact I was reading the Re dead thread, and my mom walked by and said "what the hell is that?" and I go "It's a re dead, from zelda" and she's like "wow, last time I checked zelda was a little kid walking around trying to find things"

Well my dad isn't big on video games, but my mom is more of a gamer. She used to help me through Zelda when I was younger and it was tough for me and I think she started a game of TP by herself but I don't think she ever finished it so she doesn't really play anymore 'cause I'm a lot better than her at Zelda now.

Hah! Once I made my dad play my 80+ year old grampa when I was 7. It was the most epic game of Mario Kart 64 ever. After about a ten minute match on Luigi's Raceway, my grampa won.

My parents don't play Zelda; they're pretty much against video games. But I do like to have my dad watch me play at specific times. For example, I showed him the Stallord fight in TP. It nearly blew his brains out watching it.

My mom hates em, and my dad doesnt really care. Neither play though.I just wish they would so we have a common interest. The most I have is electronics with my dad, but thats pretty much it. :/
