Anyone bored of cartoon Link?

Personally i think TP and OOT were so amazing that Nintendo should focus on making Normal links in Zelda games rather than cartoon links.

I found the design of TP Link to be a little lame compared to Toon Link actually...

I wouldn't mind another game with Windwaker's engine. (on console)

Both were pretty lame actually, but toon link showed emotions well.

The only problem I had with Toon Link was his stubby legs, but after playing WW I got used to it fast. TP Link is one of my favorite designs for him, second only to OoX Link.

As for what style I want them to use more, I'd go with the OoT/TP/OoX style. Out of all the Toon Link games, only one has really contributed to the entire Legend of Zelda in story, whereas the FSS is just basically a stand alone series, even if it does have a place in the timeline. But then again, games like OoX barely contributed at all. So I really don't care what style they use more in the future, I just want it to help connect the timeline more instead of stand-alone fillers

Wind Waker was better than TP in every conceivable way, and I preferred cel-chading to TP's failed attempts at realism.

How bout they stop focusing on Hand-held Zelda's. Put another cartoon one and a normal one on the Wii. That way, both sides will be pleased.

Console games take far longer to make.

I prefer TP's graphical style because it matches my personal taste far more, but WW's graphical style is what you'd call flawless.

Nintendo did recently claim that no new consoles would be made till 2013, So they might as well have time for one more!

I am actually very tired of Toon Link and his nice games. Why can't Nintendo release some more dark games like Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess? Toon Link is ghey. JK

They still have time though. 5 years should be enough for one game.

I'm tired of Nintendo copying the same art style from previous games in general. It's excusable for games like MM and ST that run off a pre-existing engine, but I want variety overall.
I'd like them to continue using cel-shading, I think it's beautiful, but they should use it differently for once.

Meh, I could care less what he looks like. Though, I'll take WW over TP ANY day.

Because grimdark and mature always makes a better game, amirite? Who wants the next LoZ game to be colored entirely in gunmetal grey? No. :<

Toon Link has more emotion, so i like him better.

TP design amazing? Kidding, right? It's the most awful Link design to date.

I like Toon Link, and something tells me that they're going to keep using him.

Although I do feel like he's been overused quite a bit. TP was a nice change to me, IN MY OPINION.

It was a nice change, but it was awful. I want a Link design that isn't toon, and doesn't suck ass.

Is it wrong for me to want a 3D adaption of OoX/LA Link?

He's so cute. :3 Though the transition to 3D could be pretty awful.
