Zelda Dreams

Have you ever had a dream about the Zelda games?

Mine was quite recently. It was about getting the new Wii Zelda, yet bizarrely they were in Gamecube mini-discs... seven of them actually. They were all parts of the game, signifying a lot of data put into it. I remember vaguely that it was in the Cel-shaded style, only with graphics twice as good as Wind Waker. There were pictures on the back of the case showing link standing before a giant city that sort of looked like Minas Tirith from LotR. Not only that, it was an adult WW Link. Weird, huh?

I once dreamt that my class was on a field trip...back in time...in a Zelda game...and I was Link.
I had to find the Master Sword but when I pulled it from the pedestal, it wasn't the real thing and I was pretty much screwed when trying so save people.

I can't remember it all that well, but I think (don't take my word for granted though) that I had a Zelda and Terminator crossover dream.

Or it could have just been Terminator, but oh well.

I vaguely remember dreaming that I owned the L-2 sword from Link's Awakening in some form of reality. Felt disappointed when I woke up. Another Link's Awakening dream is that it showed me getting the Level 8 dungeon item that I had trouble with getting. After I woke up and played it, I eventually found out how soon after.

I dreamt I was in a game store and they had a bunch of new games and they had a 12 disc FF game and then like another 12 disc Zelda game. I was so excited to go and play them. When I went to put in Zelda I woke up and was so disappointed that it was just a dream.

I once dreamt i was in a stair well that was dark and i couldn't stand up for some reason. I needed to get out of the stairwell as fast as i could though because a wall master was in there and I was afraid it would drag me away, man that was scary.

I had a dream when I was running on Hyrule Field as Link (yes I was a man =/) and when it was dark, these weird hooded creatures would roam and you have to make sure that you weren't in their eyesight, because they take you to their death castle, which was similar to the SAW movie. o_O

I've never had a dream about any video game. I rarely have dreams anymore, and when I do, they're usually nightmares.

I had a dream about Twilight Princess during the time before it was released and I was eagerly anticipating it.
Link was inside of a dungeon that looked almost exactly like Arbiter's Grounds would look like and he was running across a wooden bridge away from Poes. They just didn't look like the Poes that ultimately appeared in the game, though. Imagine these guys in TP's graphics:

They were scary. I know that Link just running across a bridge sounds like a short dream, but that's really just all I remember.

I once had a dream where I was floating in some huge room that looked just like the temple of time, but I couldn't see the floor because it was too dark. There were these creatures the looked strikingly similar to octoroks, that were also floating around, trying to ram into me(they didn't try to shoot at me for some reason). The walls, if I remember correctly, were covered in skulltulas, but without legs.

Mind you, I had this dream before I had even heard of Zelda.

I have a lot, but I hardly can remember...
The strangest was an old one. It was after I first saw FMA, I dreamt that Link and Edward are brothers. And recently I dreamt that I'm a Navi/Tatl-like-fairy, and someone chase me. At the end he/she killed me with a fly swatter. Umm, it was a kind of nightmare I think. I was scared...

I was Link and I fell in some great hole by the bridge to Kakariko (Oot) and I ended up getting married to the underground princess on a game show.

this one is not about loz but had the women of loz (zelda,midna,etc) in the background hitting
link with fish and spoons then he died then I ROFLOLed then the oot gameover screen popped up in front of me
and it said cotinue dream and continue reality then i reached out and pressed the reality one
and woke up


then in the morning my granma said i was laffing loudly in my sleep

I have a lot. But the weirdest one was last May:

It started with me in bed, at 3:00 AM. I had just woken up (in the dream) and a note was beside my bed from my mom, saying that see had gone to buy toliet paper. Link was sleeping in my moms bed, and he woke up really bad and took out a magic wand and yelled "EXPECTUM PATRONUM!" I then turned into a frog. My mom came home with a pizza instead of toliet paper and started chasing me, yelling "Your not gonna eat ice cream anymore!" I then ran out of the house, and saw that there was a fence where my neighbor's house was supposed to be. Ganondorf was sitting on the fence, fishing, only there was no water. Then, the school bus arrived at my house and I was transformed back into a human. I went onboard the bus and was taken to school. Once there, my Social Studies teacher turned into Tom Cruise and started teaching the class the Zelda timeline, where he placed Wind Waker first in order. Then we went out to recess and saw that there was a new horse track and several kids were racing each other on horses, and my best friend was riding Epona. The cafeteria served us Lon Lon Milk for lunch, and then we went out for an assembly. The 12th graders were supposed to hold a graduation ceremony (this was near the end of school) but instead did a Zelda play where the audience sat on the roof. The play was weird. It started with Link (who looked like Elvis) eating macaroni and cheese when Impa showed up and shoved the plate into his face. Then he ran off and started kissing Zelda only to be attacked by Ganon. He then sang a rock song and everyone started dancing and going crazy. Ganon then went crazy and ran off the stage. The play was over, but Link kept on singing because everyone liked the song so much. People were running on the stage to try and touch Link but he then started floating in the air and kept on singing while shaking his hips like Elvis. Everyone (including me) had joined in and starting singing and dancing like crazy. My friends were headbanging while I was jumping around doing air guitar. The teachers and staff didn't even try to stop the craziness, they were enjoying it as much as we were. Everyone was taking off there shirts and twirling them in the air. People were destroying the play's set. The teachers were drinking beer and being drunk. It was absoulte insanity. My best friend was making out with the actress who played Zelda. Then, suddenly, Link dissapeared. People were screaming, they didn't want the song to end. The cops had come and shoved everyone onto the bus back home and I turned into a frog again. Mom started chasing me again, and then I woke up.

Weirdest dream ever.

For whatever reason, Forest temple had been opened up as some sort of find the treasure haunted mansion carnival game. A few parties of people I knew went in as a sort of dare, none knowing that it was forest temple. I believe the motivation was something like 10000 dollars (yes, dollars, not rupees). I lead my poverty stricken mother and sister in, having confidence in my finding... whatever it was that I was supposed to fight.

I gave mom and my sister extremely important instructions, to stay near me at all times, except when I was fighting, in which to guard themselves in a corner with a shield. My sister never listens to me, of course.

So, point is, while I was clearing out the bubbles in the straightened path on the way to the boss key, she ran ahead. I look up, and a wallmaster, a thousand times more gruesome than you had thought it was (yes, MORE gruesome) comes down, grabs her, oddly pulsating like a heartbeat, as it slowly drags her upward and to the meadows at the entrance.

All this time, she was screaming horribly, horrendously... like nothing you've ever heard before, making horror movies sound like Beethoven. Mom was crying screaming for help.

And I was laughing hysterically.

Mom asked me why, and I started explaining that she would be perfectly fine, just being dragged back to the entrance, where her dad and mine were waiting. Then I just got all nostalgic and was going on and on about the first time I had been attacked by one of those; how annoying, and (as I was like eight at the time, and not at all in touch with reality) how blatantly traumatic it was. While I was babbling on, everything turned to alarm noise.

And I've been doubting my humanity ever since.

Only Zelda dream I've really had, is that the new came out. And I had it. Exiting, I know.

If that wasn't made up, you should cut down on the exotic sauces before bed or something.

Sigh, I've never really had a Zelda dream. The closest I've gotten to one is that I was sitting near Hyrule Castle (OoT) at night. Yeah, pretty boring. >>

Weird, though. I've had dreams about other games but not Zelda, and I play Zelda a lot.

Aw.. sounds a bit nice, though. The others here are mostly very strange =p

I don't think I've had a dream like being in the game or anything, but I actually had a related one yesterday.

Iwas making a costume based on Twilight Princess Link. I sat there with a green, woolen material and was working with the details. A friend of mine had just finished a chainmail for me and I had received a replica of the shield as well as the sword in the mail =p

That's about all I remember =p

Once I had a dream about this picture in my room. Zelda and Link were like at the cliff and then he graved her by the back and started to talk. Zelda seemed surprised and started blushing, he laughed and smiled. The next thing she new they were face to face only a few inches away. He cuped her face in his hand and began to-
