Zelda Dreams

I've had Zelda dreams before, whether I was Link or something Zelda-related. What's really weird is for a while, I had dreams where I was a Hylian princess that could use magic, and when I looked at the Triforce on the back of my right hand, the center was glowing. I haven't had anything like that for a while, though.

I think the craziest one I had was I was Link, and I went into this huge, three-story mansion. I got up to the third floor and grabbed a key off the desk. I heard footsteps and hid under the desk. All of a sudden, I see all of these secret service men enter the room, and I hear Pegasus' voice (from Yu-Gi-Oh!--don't ask -_-) going "I know you're in there."

I got out from under the desk and bolted out of there, going into the bathroom at the end of the hall. I climbed out the window, down three stories, and ran a half-a-football field away to this small house. I went in through the kitchen door, and there's this old woman talking to me. I'm not paying attention to a word she's saying since her stupid cat is clawing through my gauntlets. I got the cat off and exited through the front door.

I went another half-a-football field away and entered this larger home that looked like a smaller version of the convention center on campus, with lots and lots of windows. Inside, there were 26 Mexicans having a party (don't ask me how I knew there were 26 of them--I don't know, either). I weave in and out of this party, find my dad sitting on the couch, present the key to him, and then I wake up.

My brother once apparently had a dream about OOT where he was being carried down the mountain by Goron, who had their usual dim smiles on their faces. Funny

If that wasn't made up, you should cut down on the exotic sauces before bed or something.

I think what I really need to stop doing is playing Zelda all day long. I've never had a dream that made sense. They're all just weird and jumbled up. Does andyone know why my dreams are so weird? What do they mean?

I had a dream that the sky was filled with lots of white light and I was standing around my local public library (a fountain suddenly appeared in front of it in this dream). There were all these kids chatting real loudly, and I tried figuring out what was going on. Everybody started leaving before I could ask them, but I saw my friend in the crowd. I asked her what was in the box she was holding, (I forgot what happens here a bit) but she started leaving and talking with everybody else. I caught a glimpse at the box, and things slowed down a little. The box had Zelda written on it, the artwork resembled the style used for Twilight Princess, and there were strange symbols on it (I think one of them was a simplified icon version of TP's boxart in a circle). The dream ended shortly after.

No idea what that meant.

If I ever dream about zelda its about glitches. Like getting into great bay temple without zora mask/new wave bossa nova, or unfreezing ghot without fire arrows. A week before DoT skip was found in OoT I had a dream of it but with another method that I later tried and didn't work.

Apparently though, I should cut back on oreos. I read eating chocolate before bed gives you weird dreams. I don't remember what I ate that day though.

When I started having a lot of these dreams that I mentioned earlier, I tried to figure out why I was having them, too. I did a bit of soul searching, and I realized the reason I was having them was because I wasn't ready to be an adult and go out into the real world yet, and that I was still clinging to my childhood. Once I accepted that I can still be a child at heart, and I was assured by myself and others that I'm ready for the real world, my dreams like that stopped.

I had one during spring break, but I think that was because I've been so stressed out getting things ready for my senior show in a few weeks.

Thanks for the info. As weird as my dreams are though, I have to say there pretty entertaining.

Is it weird that today I had a dream about going on ZU?

When I was playing Twilight Princess for the first time I had a dream I was trying to solve a puzzle. And I just couldn't. I woke up very frustrated. I hated it.

I had a dream where there was a Zelda themed dance at school, where everyone dressed at Zelda characters and danced to Zelda music. We danced to songs like the Lost Woods theme and the Kamaro song from MM when characters from Zelda showed up and started attacking everyone. So me and my friends managed to somehow get the Triforce of Power from Ganon and defeat them.

Ya, I've had Zelda dreams before. One I kinda remember (not perfectly, it was awhile ago). I was playing Zelda but all I really saw was the game in my dream. There was like the space in the Temple of Time in OoT where you put the three spiritual stones and I had to light each of the places with a different color fire instead of putting the gems in there. Then I did that and it was like the end of the game and it was like the end credits or something and it was just showing a bunch of pictures of like Link and Ganondorf and stuff, kinda weird. I've had others but I don't remember them too much.

The 12th graders were supposed to hold a graduation ceremony (this was near the end of school) but instead did a Zelda play where the audience sat on the roof. The play was weird. It started with Link (who looked like Elvis) eating macaroni and cheese when Impa showed up and shoved the plate into his face. Then he ran off and started kissing Zelda only to be attacked by Ganon. He then sang a rock song and everyone started dancing and going crazy. Ganon then went crazy and ran off the stage. The play was over, but Link kept on singing because everyone liked the song so much. People were running on the stage to try and touch Link but he then started floating in the air and kept on singing while shaking his hips like Elvis. Everyone (including me) had joined in and starting singing and dancing like crazy. My friends were headbanging while I was jumping around doing air guitar. The teachers and staff didn't even try to stop the craziness, they were enjoying it as much as we were. Everyone was taking off there shirts and twirling them in the air. People were destroying the play's set. The teachers were drinking beer and being drunk. It was absoulte insanity. My best friend was making out with the actress who played Zelda. Then, suddenly, Link dissapeared. People were screaming, they didn't want the song to end. The cops had come and shoved everyone onto the bus back home and I turned into a frog again. Mom started chasing me again, and then I woke up.

Weirdest dream ever.

Oh ya I had this other dream once, I don't remember too much but I was Link (WW) and I was in this weird place, it was like purple and green and had a bunch of swirlies and stuff. I kinda remember going into some room and seeing Ganondorf but I'm not sure. It was weird.

Lots of people laugh at my dreams. My dreams are very weird. When I was a little kid, I had a dream where I was in bed and my bed started to move towards the closet, where a cartoon clown came out and started to tickle me.

Ya, I mean I wasn't laughing at you or anything 'cause I get really weird dreams too. I was just laughing at your dream, I thought the part with Link being a rockstar was really funny. I once had a dream where Pinochio was chasing me up a big red pole with a bird's nest on the top. I usually have long dreams too, well lately at least.

Ever had one of those dreams where you can control what your doing and know that your dreaming? I've had dreams like that, but there never anything exciting unfortunatly.

Ya, like I'm not really in control of myself and I'm kinda like why is this happening? I'm actually not a part of most of my dreams, sometimes I am but a lot of times I'm just watching it or something. Haha I just remembered I once had this dream where everyone had a pack of Dorito chips and they were like attached to the back of their hats and this was normal and everyone had one.

They're called lucid dreams. Here's a great site about them.

Last night I had a dream where I was in some theme park, and I was riding a roller coaster. But the ride never stopped. Somehow, I was able to jump in and out of it at will, and get on different rides, though. There was a giant(I mean really huge) statue of Ganondorf in the middle of the biggest roller coaster, like he was the one who opened the park, or something. Oh, and the entire dream was in black and white.

Once I had a dream that Nintendo remade OoT and it was on Wii. My Wii crashed at the time but in my dream my Wii was completely fixed. So I bought the game and for some reason it started in Delfino Plaza(which I think is in the Mario world). I got really disappointed because the remake...well it sucked. I woke up and I got really angry becuase I thought my Wii was fixed. Then a few weeks later, my Wii was replaced with a brand new one. Yay!

I had a dream that i was playing my Nintendo 64, and I got mad and threw my controller for some reason. Link jumped out of the TV, he flipped me off, and I threw up.

The dream then ended.
