no wonder he looks a bit bow legged as an adult. Seven years of Bad Touch will do that....

Though I'm sure the ladies of Hyrule would kill to do what Rauru pretty much got away with.....

Lol. Yes. What really goes on behind those chamber doors eh? High School musical is pretty much a pediphile's main tool now. Lol Most of the sages are female too. I bet you he didn't even think of trying anything with Daurunia, even though he's always rock hard. Oh, that sounded very wrong.

Yes Rauru is the strange one..... definately not a fish that thinks shes a human...... whats worse is that Link actually likes her.. So a little touchy feely with Rauru is probably right up his street.

Haha, I don't think we can know for certain whether Link actually likes Ruto or not. That's up to our imagination.

Yeah I think Link's reaction to Ruto is up to the player. Some people can say Link does not want to marry her and is relieved he does not have to marry her, while others say Link returns her feelings for him, and is saddened to lose her when she awakens as a sage.

But I think it is pretty obvious Link cares about her. After all Sheik remarks to Link after clearing the Water Temple "After all.... we have to return peace to Hyrule for her sake too, don't we?"

In the manga (which are non-canonical but are approved by Nintendo nonetheless) it does show Link and Ruto looking affectionately at eachother after clearing the Water Temple. (Zelda is the token love interest in this game, but it does show that Link and Ruto do share friendly affection for eachother.)

Anyway my main reason for liking Ruto is that she's a surprisingly deep character for Zelda. She starts off as a bratty little girl, but as an adult is determined enough to tackle the Water Temple and Morpha on her own to save her people. Even though its obvious she genuinely loves Link, she sacrifices her dreams of being his bride for the sake of Hyrule.

Also Sheik has an interesting scene when you learn the Serenade of Water, and says
"A childish mind will turn to noble ambition. Young love becomes deep affection. The still water shows growth." I always thought he was talking about Ruto, and it does describe her quite well.

But does Link love Ruto too? That is up to the player. = )

MEDLI!!! shes awesome! shes soooo cool and shes way more helpful than makar ( no offense ) and is it just me or is makars theme like just a copy of medli's?? ( it mite be fado and laruto but i'm not sure ) ONE OF THEM IS A COPY OF THE OTHER im just not sure witch one exactly.........
