The second time Link finally realizes how to defeat himself and thus increases in strength because he kn0ws what his weakness is and how to counter it.
Let's combine our ideas!

End of Movie 2, Link leaves Water Temple, Dark Link shows up to fight, way too powerful, Link falls to the ground. Dark Link gives like one line, something like "You are not worthy of the Master Sword" or "You don't deserve the title 'Hero of Time'" then Shiek comes, and throws like a needle at him or something and Dark Link disapears. He then reapears in Ganon's Castle (Film 3) as one of the stair-way guardians where Link defeats him and Dark Link says something like "You are definitly The Hero of Time!"

I like it! Just change his speech a little bit. At first he says "I would have thought a prophecied hero would have more power than this! You are not worthy of the title, Hero of Time!" Then after being beaten and just before vanishing he says(while gasping for air) "I guess I was wrong. You really are the Hero of Time. Good luck." then he dissolves into nothingness.

Yeah! I think we make a great team.
With me creating ideas and then you transfering it to a better execution.
Idk if I told you yet but I'm going to write a screenplay for The Child Story soon, right now I'm doing my scene break-down, where I decide what will happen each scene. Currently it would appear that when finished it would be 90 Minutes Long give or take about 10 minutes. And yeah, I like the idea of him showing respect before death.

Speaking of death, seeing as I really don't want to make films about Twilight Princess and/or Wind Waker how would you feel about Ganondorf dying at the end while being sealed? His spirit is being sent into the sacred realm so it can't get out without a body.

Re: Zelda Movie: Volume III

Hylian: Instead of TP or WW maybe the sequel should follow the plot of ALTTP(but slightly modified so it's the same Link). Or we could have him go off to Termina seeing as the seal technically wouldn't have happened. Or we could just do OOT and then never make another Zelda movie again(which is actually a good idea because then we wouldn't be beating a dead horse).

Re: Zelda Movie: Volume III

I like an ending to the trilogy where they imply Link going to Termina soon, him saying something like "There's still one thing left to do..." then they play Saria's Song.

That's a good idea ( I can so easily picture a kick ass MM sequel). But I think we might need a better line. "There's still one thing left to do..." implies that Link knew he's going to Termina. Maybe he can just look into the forest and then Saria's song crescendos in. It'll kinda be like a little easter egg that the fans will get better than anyone else. The Saria's song is a good idea though, or the song of healing but Saria's song makes a little bit more sense.

Sequels? I had either a two volume movie in mind or a stand alone movie, but I don't like the idea of sequels.

darkbeast: Now that I know I want OOT to be divided up I agree with you. Maybe one or two chronicling MM is fine but after that we'll be getting slightly ridiculous here.

You mean like as an adult (because he can't stay in Kokiri Forest forever) we see him in Hyrule Castle and he looks to see the forest in the distance or something?

UPDATE ON THE CHILD STORY:
I have writen my ending scene where in the Temple of Time he opens the door and we see Ganondorf heading towards the Triforce thanking Link for leading him there. Also, (here's a little hint at the kind of changes I make) something in this scene references A Link to the Past.
I'll upload this scene once I have more finished.

Re: Zelda Movie: Volume III

Well, in the beginning of MM he's walking from the lost woods into Termina. So I would say that the ending of the OoT saga would include sequences of him going back in time as a child and maybe starting his journey to the woods. Maybe during the credits if you want to get time conservative.

Also, I want to change my vote to having either the song of healing or the clocktown theme crescendo in.

FTR, I'm still against the movie being based directly off a game. I don't think Zelda is a series which would translate well game-screen.

Re: Zelda Movie: Volume III

Boo Mattocks Yay beer!

I actually think that it could fit rather well with only minor tweakage. It would have to be kind of Epic length wise, but that's not an impossibility. Look at Harry friggen Potter.

True.

Also, are you guys interested in reading my script when finished?

Re: Zelda Movie: Volume III

I'd probably give it a once over. Though, I won't promise that I'll read it in depth. To date the only pieces of zelda literature I've finished is the stone tower theory by Hylian Dan and the Shiekah theory by [name escapes me, I think it's "historian of Hyrule" or something of the like].

I too feel this way. I really don't want the OOT movie to be a literal interpretation from the game where Link is just politely following orders and required to learn a bunch of songs. It would make Link too much of a simple minded hero with no motive except for getting bossed around by people to save Hyrule and learn songs. This will not translate well for a commercial audience who will probably get bored to death with the storyline and with Link anyway.

Well that's a given, but I just don't think the story it's self would translate well without a bunch of changes that would just result in fan bwling their eyes out. An original story which takes elements form all the games would be more favourable.

You guys sound like you would enjoy The Sage of Darkness it's a really good Zelda Movie with Dark Plot and incorperates references to many games.

Yeah, but the movie lacks the Zelda feel such as adventure. I know it's a low budget film, but there should have been a more adventure aspect to it. That film, while still well made, was more of a...what film types are those again? And the Gladiator music, didn't make it feel Zelda

You say you have a script, right? I'm curious as to what its like.
