zelda secrets

ok i found this out the other day, inside the room you get the master sword in in wind waker if you pull out your telescope and look around at the windows you'll notice that all the windows have pictures of the sages on them its pretty cool looking.

Also in ocarina of time if you go to hyrule castle (as a kid) and look thourgh the windows behind zelda you will see that the hylians are mario fans there is a picture of Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, and even Bowser. Also when in the room where you meet zelda if you shoot the window high above the others a guard will come though bombs at you.

Thats all the secrets i can think of right now come post if you think of any.

Re: zelda secrets

Good find with the sages pictures. I only recently found this. There is also a picture of Ganon in his monster form with water crashing down on him.

Re: zelda secrets

Eh, those are incredibly well known, and they aren't even really secrets...more like easter eggs.

Still we haven't had a secrets thread around for a while, so might as well keep this open.

Also, it's said that Talon is based off of Mario, Ingo Luigi, and some even say that Malon might be a Princess Peach knock-off as well.

...Really? I've never heard it that way before. Malon still looks better though :p

It also makes sense if you think about it. Ingo, the jealous worker (Or is he brothers with Talon...?) Luigi, the jealous brother... Talon, the laid-back, relatively fat farmer, Mario, the laid back pudgy plumber...

Re: zelda secrets

Also, Talon and Ingo have the same color scheme as Mario and Luigi from the original "Super Mario Bros.". Talon and Mario have blue overalls with a red shirt, Ingo and Luigi have white overalls with a green shirt.

Re: zelda secrets

Not big-- I found a leftover original gerudo symbol pattern in the gamecube version of oot. In one of the temples, but I haven't played through the game recently, so I can't remember which one it was in.

Re: zelda secrets

Yeah, I wish they still had the old symbol. However, it is a Muslim symbol, so I guess they didn't want to insinuate anything.

Re: zelda secrets

Here's a secret that you may not know. In LTTP, if you spray magic powder on the sweeping lady in Kakarrikko Town, she'll turn into a fairy. If you go into her house and come back out, she'll reappear, and you can turn her into a fairy again. A good secret to know if you're low on heath and near Kakarrikko.

Re: zelda secrets

Most people know this already. In LA you can skip over to the other side of the screen. Right when you touch the screen to make it move, press select, you should now be on the other side of the screen. Sometimes you'll get stuck in the scenery. Sometimes you can jump off, others you have to save and restart.

Re: zelda secrets

Please, linkfreak9, don't go around reviving old topics such as this. If it's a month or so old, it's better to just make a new thread on the subject rather than bringing back the old one.
