Go behind beku tree in Oot

some of you might already know this but you can get behind the deku tree in Oot all you have to do is back flip over the root by the gossip stone once behind him keep backfliping over the roots to get to a secret gossip stone it says "a kokori left the forest and is still alive" i'm not sure if it thinks link is a kokri maybe its an secret that you can find a kokori outside of the forest (use mask of truth to talk to it).

I think it is talking about Link, and yes I've seen it.

Heh, what do you know. Well it could mean something else other than Link. For we know ***7 year old spoilers that everyone SHOULD know*** link is a hylian, not a korkiri. Thus, since he is not a korkiri, would he be considered the korkiri outside of the forest. Perhaps it is tingle...or someone else.

Link's not a kokori so it might be someone else maybe its talking about

, skullkids are supposed to be in the kokori forest even after death, yes i know hes dead but you never know. I don't think its tingle because hes a 35 year old that acts creepy, plus you get to meat tingles dad in majora mask and he you can tell is not even part kokori.

Since Link really is a Hylian, the gossip stone technically doesn't refer to him. My guess is that it is Saria, she is a Kokiri, and a sage, and the sages are in the Sacred Realm, which is outside of the Kokiri Forest.

Yeah the kokiri that lived is obviously Link, it can't be anyone else. But just a question, when they say that if they leave the kokiri will die, do they just mean that they will age, and die of old age? Or do you think they die immediately?

Perhaps the Kokiri don't die when they leave, it's just saying the outside world is a dangerous place where you must fend for yourself.

reading this topic made me thougth about something....
what if a kokiri left the forest... you figure they would grow up? im thinking that maybe the kokiri forest is under an enchantment that dont leat the kokiri grow up....
I know i must sound really stupid saying this, but just a thougth that ocurred to me...

erm, the skull kids, are kokiri that get lost, in lost woods... the kokiri who left Kokiri forest, is and always will be a kokiri, the point is, the great deku tree probably told them not to leave for their own safety... I remember talkin about this a while ago... not a new find... it is a hard find though.. great job!

I already knew that you could go behind the Great Deku Tree and find a Gosip Stone, but I did not remember what it said. I'm not saying this to brag or anything but I know everything about OoT, I know that game like the back of my hand, if I wanted too I could name every Heart Piece and Gold Skulltula location.

My thoery on the Kokiri is that they aren't normal beings like Hylian, Goron, Zora, and other races of Hyrule. I think that they are immortal forest spirits, able to take on any form they wish and that they have many mystical powers. this explains why they change forms from OoT to TWW. In OoT they take on the forms of small children and in TWW they take on the forms of small tree-like creatures. This can also explain why in OoT that the Kokiri, unlike other characters in the game don't appear to you until you are up close to them, you can't see them until they want you too.

Also I believe that that whole 'leave the forest and die' junk is a lie created by the Deku Tree to keep his children safe during the waring times of OoT.

I just saw what kazan said and hes probably right i never thought of that technicly saria left the forest but the sacered realm isn't in the forest or out of it. but at the beggining of the game shes on the bridge leading out and when shes at the forest temple thats a bit outside of the lost woods. maybe its talking about the 2 kokoris that left the forest (deku tree talked about them) probably not because they died (they are the 2 skull kids that like music). I still think it might be the skullkid you give the skull mask to because he went all the way to termina.

that doesnt mean the kokiri who go out wont grow up or anything, becuse thouse skull kids may be kokiri who died before they could grow.

Your gonna think that im stupid for asking this, but how do you do a backfilp...I've tried to do it in order to get the hart peice above dogondgos cavern as a child, but I can never seem to make it...
