My master sword replica (WIP)

A few days ago i started a thread asking if there were any small, toy replicas of the master sword. After searching i decided to make my own.

Hopefully it will be done for this friday, that's when my cousin's birthday is.

It's made from PVC, it will practically last forever.

Still alot of sanding, grinding, jb welding, and painting to do, but you get the idea. Triforce is not glued to the blade yet, i realize it's pretty crooked in that picture.

What do you guys think?

Thanks, do you guys reccomend a blue handle (such as on TWW) or a more purplish one? (OOT, SSB)

I see the purplish handle more often.

^ Well, looking at it as it is, I reckon blue would look better, but in the end it's up to how you feel you want it to look.

Well, my intentions are that i want him to recognize it as the master sword instantly really. He's turning 8, but he plays zelda alot, he has OOT, minish cap, ALTTP, TWW, TP, more games than me haha.

Actually it is good to make it blue because if i can remember the master sword I have seen in all the LOZ games even in SSBB it was a darkish blue

That definately looks purple to me.

come to think of it your right coolface it is easier to see when you have a image

dude that is purple. Anyway coolface, you should ask your cousin! ask him,"hey! John! I know you love zelda so im doing a project in school to see who like a blue or purple MS handle better! What do you think?" He wont suspect a thing!

I see the purplish handle more often.

Purple. It will be way more recognizable as the Master Sword if its purple.

Oh and nice sword! Can't wait to see it finished! I'm so jealous!

im tryin to make fierce deity's sword.

Id say blue. It looks more like the TWW sword then any other, at least in my opinion.

Purple. But reaaallly bluish purple. You know...

Anyway, epic job. This thing looks fantastic. And if you want, you could make another and sell it on e-bay for a handsom profit. XD

I thought about that but i'm not sure if it's worth the trouble.
