The Wind Waker, by far. The other Zelda games don't even come close to it's charm. To be quite honest, it's the most unique-looking game in history.

I think that Twilight Princess had the best graphics, but I think that it would be cool to see the older Zelda games remade with Twilight Princess graphics.

I actually like the Four Swords/Minish Cap graphics the best, along with Wind Waker. I love the stylized look of the games. The sprites and backgrounds of the FS/MC games were vibrant and detailed, and the cel-shading of Wind Waker is just completely beautiful. Twilight Princess is a close runner-up, though.

Twilight Princess had gorgeous graphics.
It makes all the rest of the games look like crap... well not crap but oh well
