majoras wrath, a mask stuck in the torso of some overgrown human body pretty obvious Zant wins!

yes, zants power is false, but majoras wrath does not have an army of twilight demons.
plus, if you fought majoras wrath in the same conditions as zant (e.g same weapons, items etc.) then you would probably find him a lot easier

He would because the new items in TP would give you an adventage against Majora. Zant was made in TP, therefore he can deal with the new items.

I believe Majora would take down Zant. Majora nearly crushed all of Termina with the moon! Zant was a puppet for Ganondorf. Granted that they both seemed insane, Majora was more of a real threat.

Majora was the last boss of the game, compared to Zant who was extremely easy to beat.
I haven't actually beaten MM, but I have beaten zant(Not that thats saying much.

As seen in Twilight Princess, Zant cannot be defeated unless you have the Master Sword (whether or not those two Sols are also required is up to you).
As seen in Majora's Mask, nothing special is required to defeat Majora's Mask in any form. The Fierce Deity is completely optional. To sum it up, Zant can hurt Majora's Wrath, and Majora's Wrath cannot hurt Zant. Zant wins. In addition to this, if the fight occurs at a time in which Zant believes Ganondorf to be his god or after death when he's possibly become jaded, the brainwashing element is gone.

Well, if i stand by my belief/speculation that Zant has the ToP after TP, then Zant wins.
And even if he desn't, Zant has Twilight powers and minions, plus Ganondorf's powers to back him up. Majora needs to have a weak minded puppet around to feed off to gain the power to transform and have some stregth to fight. Zant FTW!

While Majora has evidently the better mind and fighting style he just can't touch Zant.
However if think about confrontations in other ways, say by being tricked by the other into servitude it'd be simple to guess who'd win. By the way, is this one on one? Like with nobody lending power from the shadows? In that case, Majora.

Zant. He can change the place he and other people are in, he can warp, hes got power, Majoras Wrath has tentacles and those spinning spikes which he throws. Zant wins!
