Re: The ultimate Zelda related fan fiction novel!

K I'll use that from now on. Sooo...like 15 to one paragraph good? Sometimes I'm typing so fast I don't even notice! and if you did read the new one, how was it? Better than the other one, not like a better story because it's practically the same. I mean how it's playing out so far. Yeah, the thing is though, it's not Link who's the hero this time. Hiroshi is just a normal kid and I like that idea better because it makes a bit more sense. Hmm guess I forgot about that?................ The paragraphs are a little better than the other one, but they're not perfect.

Yea. About 15 sentences sound good. But remember to type anything from 0-99 should be actually words...like zero, one, two, three, etc. but anything above 100 should be numbers. I think that's right...if not I'm sure somebody will help me out with that.

And I don't mean to sound rude but see what happens when you do take criticism the right way? It actually helps. Before you were against the idea of criticism and you thought people were saying your story was terrible (some people were...but not that much) and now you're taking critique and taking it like a writer.

Haha, you think I'm learning quick with this stuff? It takes me like three seconds to get used to a new game. Anyways, I wasn't against criticism I was just saying that some of you guys were being rude about it. Haha, notice how I'm emphesising just kidding, but I think ur right. And sometimes I can come off as being rude myself (yeah...right) but most of the time I'm just joking. Well I'd better get back to work if I intend to make any headway into my book, seriously if you guys read the whole story it'll make a LOT more sense.
Oh, and in case ur interested i've decided to put "hiroshi's daydream" up for you to check out. Not for opinions like these...just cause I kinda feel like showing the potential size of this one.
Hiroshis DayDream.doc Keep in mind I used 12 point font the whole time with no pictures! I mean seriously 3mb & just text..that's huge!
Oh, and I did this one before all of your....useful advice. So pardon those mistakes and just skim through it if you want. It took two years and I'm proud of it, not like proud as in cocky. But proud that I went on and finished it when I couldn't think of a proper way to do it.

Ok so it's a little hard to understand ALL of it.

But this 5 min vid explains most of Hiroshi's Daydream. It's a little far fetched even for a fan fic. So um, try to watch the whole thing k? The surprize at the very end of Hiroshi's Daydream also explains the storyteller comments you'll find in this one as well.

Before you ask YES, Hiroshi in this book is the one I based the Hiroshi in my zelda story off of in the first place. Just go there and click play..comon please?

Re: The ultimate Zelda related fan fiction novel!

on question 36 and 37 for the Mary Sue test which I added to my Favorites: I see authors make a OC take over Link and make Link look like a dumba-- and you can almost see the Author drooling over the OC to the point where you question their sanity. (the author's)

37: I see the OC get kidnapped by bad guys and the Canon characters seem to magically appear like they planned to show up where in real life it would take lots of time LIKE DAYS!

I have also seen Author's make the OC have soo many special abilities and no weakness and a rebel attitude that everyone likes and falls in love when in reality they would be offensive at her attitude.

Not sure if I spelt rusl right.

EG of Jayke who was from Earth and defied Authority to an unhealthy fix and warped into TP.

The Next day Jayke went to Rusl and asked to learn sword defense despite the fact she was a pro at hand to hand combat and Rusl said. "Your a Woman and shouldn't play with such a tool" Jayke: HOW DARE YOU CALL ME WEAK FOR BEING A WOMAN! I will Kick your A---! to Timbuktu. Rusl: Ummm Okay here you go. (Rusl and Jayke fights) strike, block, strike, dodge, (OC Back flips behind and strikes Rusel in the back and he goes to the ground with the ol one two)

Rusl: huff puff, You are good my lady. Here take this sword as a token of our appreication. (All of Orden likes her mysteriously and has no offesne towards her attitude and one of the little kids wish to marry her someday and says so)

I have seen writing similar to that which is soo hard to read that I give up. I am going to try this story.

Try thinking "outside the box"!

That's not the case at all! See, Link's only been captured because Ganondorf is MUCH more powerful this time and also the fact that the attack itself was completely un-expected. The fact is Hiroshi is practically in the same level as Link.( avrage guy, average life) I mean, it's not Like I made a whole lot of changes! Geese....take it easy will ya? The only one offended here is you. So shut ur trap and criticise someone else!
Your comment isn't worth me trying to understand it just complain to someone else if you must, I'm STILL writing my book weather you like it or not. Look, if it makes you feel any better in about mid story he frees Link and they hate eachother! Well at first anyway. Here's the deal, any time there's a new GAME in a series the top bad guy (even if it's the same one) is ALWAYS a lot stronger than the last time around, if they weren't it wouldn't make him seem like a threat. So please, next time try to make a useful post!

(Also, the sacred realm acts as a "seal" of realms in this book. Then that means that Ganondorf has found a way to break the seal, which allows him to travel to Earth.)
