Has anyone ever tried to make one of Link's weapons or items from the zelda games?

Have you ever wandered what it would be like to own a real hookshot? What about iron boots? Have you ever tried to make one of Link's items?

I haven't tried to make one because I know I would fail cause I don't have any idea how to make things but yes I think it would be really awsome to have some of his weapons and I wish I had some.

Well, there's the grappling hook that you can actually just BUY. =D

But in all seriousness...no I can't say I have.

I've tried... and failed miserably. I was link for halloween once (I couldn't have been more than 8 years old) and I thought cardboard was all I needed to make all of link's weapons. Well they basically sucked and eventually broke.

i made a sword and a shield they broke after my friend attacked me with a tree :/ i also made a sling shot it was good till the teacher took it from me

Not really though I do own a Sword but I can't say I've tried to make links stuff!

how did you make the sword and the mirror shield? what did you make them out of i getting ready to try and make a hylian shield

Dude, that scroll...did you draw that? If so, that's amazing.

Nice work! What are the shields made of? Plywood?

The swords and shields are simply made of wood. As for the mirror shield, I used sheet metal that I had hammered to the board. Sad as it is to say, I no longer own it...

And yes, I made the scroll.

Yea. When i was younger, i tried to make a wooden version of the Master Sword and i made a Hylian shield out of a biscuit tin lid.

I made a Clawshot out of lego a while ago, but I'm not really sure if that counts.

Apart from that, no. When I try to make things out of other stuff, it's normally a disaster. Although I might try making a shield or something one day.

I tried to make a Master Sword/Hylian Shield combo out of cardboard like ten years ago...you fill in the blanks lol.

A few years ago, my friend and I tried to made all of the shields out of cardboard and stuff. That was about it.

And, my cousin and I won toys swords from... someplace once, and always pretended we were Links with them. XP But I don't think that counts.

I made a master sword out of wood and pbc pipe. I also made a hylian shield out of wood and paint. I'm working on the sheath for the sword.

I made a slingshot..
i found a branch in the shape of one, so i put an elastic band and some pebbels on it..

I am very happy to say that, yes i have made one of the items
