Fishing in Zelda

Catching the loach in OoT is the only thing keeping me from 100%. I've tried hundreds of different walkthroughs, and still nothing, anyone ever heard bout sum copies it just can't be caught on?

I think it did it on accident somehow my first time ever playing OoT lol.

I'm simply DYING to find the Loach!

Ugh I hate the fishing lol.

It took me ages to catch my first fish at the start, and I have never returned to try again.

Idk why, but it always seems for me to take ages, and if I do catch one, it'll be about 9 inches

Fish is a good part of the game. It helped me relax for a while before I go off swinging my sword and snipeing monsters in a dungon once more.

Twice I got the Hylian Loach on my hook and twice I've lost it. I tried again, but I couldn't get it because I had the sinking lure and every fish in a seven mile radius wanted to have a bit of it.

I kept getting the same 29in Hylian Bass when I want my Hylian Loach.

I'LL CATCH THAT THING IF IT'S THE LAST THING I'LL DO!!!!!!

To make summer happen just enter the fishing hole, exit it, then enter again intil the ground and trees are green. You can also change it to spring, summer,fall, and then winter.

I got the Hylian loach more than like 7 times
it was easy!

and fun!

I suck at fishing, I never get any big ones exept I've got a few big ones in oot. but it is fun

In OoT, I think I caught one of the biggest you can catch. You had to have special bait. I think. I really can't remember.

In Ocarina of Time fishing is really fun, i could sit there for hours just fishing, thats how fun i find it.

i have beaten the whoooooooooooole game. i have all heart peaces, poes, fish, ect.(or etc. i get mixed up.) any way, u need to have the frog lure or the sinking lure to catch the big loach. it also has to be a certain season and area. the season is summer and the area is the shallow watter with the lilipads. good luck cathing it!(that is, if u havent caught it already! if u have, im sorry 4 replying to this message.)

How do you know when its Spring?

I'm not too fond of the fishing, really. It seems like a waste of time rowing all over the lake in TP only to catch an Ordon Catfish which isn't even bigger than the one you got an hour ago. Plus it made my dad think the Wii was just about fishing and every toime I'm playing ANYTHING on the Wii he'll comre in and ask if I've caught any fish yet. X( Annoying git.

Plus, in PH, after getting the Heart Container what's the point?

Fishing in Ocarina of Time was the best.

I could just sit on my backside for hours just fishing with passion in the game. It gave me motivation to fish in real life!
