I was gonna vote master sword, but I prefer the orange tempered master sword from ALttP. If I remember correctly, you start with the bog standard sword, then you pull the master sword, then you get it tempered for the first time (yellow), then throwing it into the fairy spring results in the fourth version (orange). It's all shiny and bright.
I may be slightly off with the details. I've not played it in a while. Weather you throw it to the fairy or get it tempered a second time, I can't quite remember. xP

My favorite will always be the Master Sword it's a classic weapon that can defeat any enemy.
