Official "How come in Zelda...?" thread

This is the official thread for things that happen in the series that probably shouldn't work. Like why is it faster to travel while rolling or walking backwards than it is to run forwards?

Why doesn't Link ever rest, eat, get sick, ect?

How does, in OOT, Link's clothes magically grow with him during the seven years of sleep? Or is there something that Rauru's not telling us...

lol ya ive thought about the clothes thing to. also as a child he doesnt have leggings but as an adult he does. where did he get them?

Daphnes this is an excellent idea. The amount of really stupid and spammy threads in General Zelda has been annoying me. Thank you.

also when you die and have a fairy, how does the fairy open the cork of the bottle and get out? isnt the point of the cork to keep the fairy inside of the bottle?

That's what I was wondering! Well, I've always thought of the Kokiri tunic to be somewhat magical, perhaps because it came from the Great Deku Tree, maybe that is why?

Well, sensing Links death it probably has a huge rush of adrenaline, enough to help it burst out of the bottle to save the day. Or maybe when Link falls the bottle smashes, or the cork pops out upon impact?

Hmm, I'd have to say that considering the magical healing properties of the milk, that the milk itself is magical, and therefore the cow also. Which means it can do that kind of thing.

what are those little things that float around in kokiri forest in oot? also, wouldnt it be hard for link to swim with a sword and sheild on his back?

why dosent link ever die when he falls from a high place?
