If you play certain songs near it, a fairy will come out and restore health. I don't know if it can be kept in a bottle or not. You can do that at gossip stones as well.

Yeah, plus, Zelda is based around the middle-ages, when the average life span is only 40 years.

Well, like the women of the Amazons, they capture men such as the carpenters and Link, and then marry them. The children, thus, are mixed with something other than Gerudo.

We know from the gossip stone that they come to the market town to look for boyfriends.

We don't know that the one male born every 100 who is to be their king is the only male to be born. The text just says every 100 years a male gerudo is born and he is to be their king. It's somewhat vague but depending on how you look at it, you could argue infantcide, that is to say they do the spartan thing and kill all those that are weak, sickly or misshapen. They would want someone strong to be their king.


Anyone here a farmer? then you may nice towards the end of the calfing period, all calves are male. It's just how it works. Starts of fairly mixed males and females, then BAM, all of a sudden all males. Got to be some sort of genetics at work there. Course the first 100 or so cows to calf were artificial inseminated, and that plays a part in it. BUt like I said, the end period is all male calves.

i personally have always just stuck with "Gerudo steal Hylians to mate with them and when a Gerudo and Hylian mate, a Gerudo female is always born except for every 100 years a male is born" it's simple solid and it works for me

Just keep in mind, Gerudos aren't technically human. They probably could live 100+, or be pregnant way longer.

I would think they were both captured or quickly snatched up into the chamber of sages before any harm could be done to them, as they are the sages and thus extremely important characters.

Yes it is kind of silly, but this thread is a good filter for all the spammy threads questioning the unrealistic aspects to the Zelda series.

MM is stupid. End of story. In TP, when you shoot an arrow it sticks where you shot it. It probably disappears in OoT due to bad graphics.

Those are good questions Selena. The Zora tunic is probably a magical suit that puts an invisable bubble of air around you. Navi is a fairy. Severe climates and no oxygen probably don't affect fairies.
