If you really want to learn about all the Zelda games, your best bet is to play them. If you have the old systems, great. If not, get a wii and download them from the virtual console. Or the Collector's Edition for the gamecube and play them there.
Check out each section. General Zelda is for general questions, knowledge or discussions. Check out NES/SNES games for the first couple of games, and then the other sections for the newer games. But you really should play them. If you'd like to discuss them, start out slow and make a thread on one topic you'd really like to learn about. Then slowly move on and do some research by using the search feature we have here at the site.

And if that doesn’t work you can always go to Zelda pedia (wiki-Legend of Zelda). They'll give you the history of the Zelda games and the history of Nintendo. Also you get character bios and a few other things. I'm not exactly advertising it but its probably one more helpful site that will give some info on Zelda.
