What are your greatest Zelda accomplishment(s)?

What did you do while playing Zelda that made you think "YES!!!", something that you have been trying so hard to complete that made you think you were on the top of the world? It could be anything from completing a mini game, to completing all the Zelda's, or even finally catching up to the running man in Hyrule feild!

For me, it would have to be beating OOT with 3 hearts and only using the broken Biggoron sword. Although what relieved me the most was when I completed the OOT treasure chest game the fair way, that mini game costed me a controller and a whole lot of stress!

And no, I did not just make this thread to brag, I truly care about your honest and genuine opinions and replys

For me, it was when I finally beat the first Zelda game a few monthe ago. It may not be that big a deal but to me it was. In truth, I had to use the walkthrough for help, that's not exactly cheating is it?

When I beat all 5 of my friends in a marathon to complete every console Zelda released at the time (LoZ-WW). Took almost 3 days straight (we took breaks together).

Hmm, I found the Cave of Ordeals in TP one of the most difficult Zelda challenges. I'll try to think of something else though...

Re: What are your greatest Zelda accomplishment(s)?

Just finishing each of the games and realizing how much I went through to get to the end.

Re: What are your greatest Zelda accomplishment(s)?

So far, my greatest accomplishment is completing OoT, and its 4 "sequels", MM, TP, WW, and PH. Its fun doing them all in order.

However, in the future: My biggest accomplishment will be beating AoL...

Beating OoT with 3 hearts and a broken Giant's Knife, and finishing the Uber Challenge! *dances*

Re: What are your greatest Zelda accomplishment(s)?

I would have to say its having beaten every game, aside from the first two, without dying. It took years and my only reward for doing so was the easter egg at the end of Link's Awakening for a deathless run.

Re: What are your greatest Zelda accomplishment(s)?

I think mine would be getting to the Tower of Ganon in ALttP. That game is so friggin hard that I'm proud of myself for getting that far. I gave up there because...it's too hard. XD

Beating Zelda II. Honestly that has to be the hardest game ever made.

There are much harder games than LTTP. Even in the Zelda series. Zelda II being one of them.

Re: What are your greatest Zelda accomplishment(s)?

I dont think I can boast Sacred Nym's achievement^, but I think that my biggest accomplishment was finishing Master Quest. In terms of difficulty, it was darn easy, but it was so boring! After playing through the Origional so many times I thought that this would freshen things up a bit... it didnt.

Re: What are your greatest Zelda accomplishment(s)?

Buying the Collector's Edition from my friend for $15...

Seriously, it would be beating Twilight Princess for the first time. I barely got a chance to play so I had about a couple of minutes each day to play it. It took my A LONG time to beat it...

I think that just accomplishing any Zelda game would be the best feeling, because you went through so much to get to the end. Like fighting all the bosses, completing each of the temples, helping everyone in your town.

Best feeling ever

Re: What are your greatest Zelda accomplishment(s)?

^ I didn't feel any of that when I finished TP. I was more like: "Ohh... that's it! It was a good game at least, I'll go play MM!"

When I beat the first dungeon of aLttP. I screamed and jumped around the house!

I know that accomplishment is easy, but I was a damn 8 year old kid that had only played OoT. After that, the game got a lot easier.

And for the record, I have beaten Zelda II. I don't think it's that hard, but the hardest of all Zeldas.

If you thought there wasn't a person who thought that AoL wasn't hard, you were wrong.

I know exactly what you mean. I didnt feel any real accomplishment, and whatever I did feel was coupled with a lack of satisfaction. (afterwards I actually did go and play Majora's Mask).
