Re: Zelda Maps

Because I want to see if one coherent map can be made from studying each map and seeing if they fit together. Most people think that Hyrule's geography is retconned from game to game, and while that I do believe that most of the maps are altered in significant ways, a couple of key geographical features can be used to make sense of how Hyrule's landscape has changed.

Basically, I'm working on a theory.

P.S.

Believe it or not, I did have trouble finding some of them, and thought it would be much quicker if someone had already found good pictures of the maps. So yes, I guess I could have, but why when this was so much easier? You are appreciated though.

If it's going to be about how the maps fit together, and if it's at all the same Hyrule, etc. be sure to take it over to theorizing.

Any questions or anything, feel free to PM me

These are good maps, good job finding them!
I have however some things to add:

-The TP map is the Wii version and thus has a east west flip.

-The FSA map you provided is a slightly out dated version, the ingame map looks a bit different, I'll try to find the newer one.

-The OoAges map you linked is the OoSeasons map.

This is the OoA map: http://www.guiasnintendo.com/3_GB_Ga...alpresente.jpg

I'll try to get a better picture

here is a better one: http://vgmaps.com/Atlas/GB-GBC/Legen...a(Present).png

and in order to compare the past and present version of OoA's map:

I think that the area where the Temple Of Time is in ALTTP's Hyrule. If you look at the map you don't even see the Master Sword on the map at all...its off the map. And ALTTP's Master Sword area has a long hallway leading to it (like the grand entrance area in the Temple Of Time's past) and it is on a pedestal.

Re: Zelda Maps

Thank you guys for your help in locating maps. Right now, I'm a little bit over loaded with UIL, athletics, college preperation and classes, as well as personal issues. As soon as I tidy up some things, however, I will begin work. Again, thanks for the help.

P.S. I will make the new thread in Zelda theorizing, don't worry.
