Favourite Towns

What is your favourite town out of the whole zelda series?

Hmm.

Ordon Village or Windfall Island I guess.

The Town of Ruto because Link get's busy and "restores his life" with like the first chick he sees. there

I like MC's Hyrule Town best, mainly because there is so much to do, and so many different people to talk to. And then there's the Minish angle, lots of little nooks and crannies with them as well. I liked how the various items and different times in the games affected the town, like Clocktown of MM.

I didn't really like the TP version. It should have had a different name.

I either have to say Windfall Island from The Wind Waker. or Subrosia in Oracle of Seasons

I'd have to say TP Castle Town. If only the camera wasn't crap.

I personally loved Windfall island in TWW. There was so much to do and see. I liked how after completing all the sidequests there almost everyones view of Link had changed.

Hmm probably clock town, not sure if Zora's Domain would qualify, if it does thats my 2nd favorite.

Zora's domain, in aLttP, OoT, MM and TP. I just like playing in the water!

^of course it qualifies! People live there.

Clock Town. So many NPCs, so much backstory... and ah, awesome. But then again, I do have a bit of a bias towards MM. So excluding MM, my favourite towns would have to be Windfall Island (lots of stuff to do!) from WW, and Kakariko Village from OoT.

I like how Kakariko Village always seemed kind of peaceful, even at the time when trouble was brewing on Death Mountain and the castle town had been completely ransacked.

I wasn't too keen on Kakariko Village in TP; it seemed too... American-Indian oriented? It didn't really seem to fit with the series at all... Was a bit strange. I dunno.

TWW, dragon Roost Island was my favorite. I allways liked the letter mini-game,

Me too! But it also was a little cheap thought... You had to put 19 letters for a mere little Rupee! I got tired of it...

My favorite town is Windfall island.

Kakariko Villiage. I would have chosen clock town for its selection of stores, mini games, side quests, characters and general look, but Kakariko Villiage from Ocarina Of Time is a joy to play through. There is the secret of the composer brothers, the discovery of Dampe's grave and the hookshot, the Song of Storms, The bottom of the well and eventually the shadow Temple. It also has a history related to the Skeikah and 'the man who could see the truth'. Kakariko had deeper history than Clock Town, that is probably my deciding factor.

The Twilight Princess Kakariko Village does have its merits... although it certainly seems to be on the verge of abandonment, at least until it has a few more inhabitants later in the game.

Man I loved playing through The bottom of the well it was so fun.

Any goron village.

I love gorons.

I like Windfall island. The little kids, decorating, pictographs, auctions, chasing the thief girl. all lots of fun.
