Weirdest thing? Hand popping out of the toilet in MM. Hands down. The first time I played, I had no idea it was there, it scared me so bad that I had an adrenaline rush, and nearly ran out of the room! Really, really funny, but also really, really weird....

the people in lake hylia in TP who shoot you out of the cannon and let you fly down with a chicken. Plus, I also think its weird how some zelda games have these strange coincidences in them that relate to the other games.
