Power of the Triforce...Well then?

Okay, so with the full triforce, we know that it grants the power to grant any wish of the beholder, but what the heck are they worth as pieces? Do they give any specific, notable powers?

Of course we hear things such as 'Ganondorf used the triforce of power to do such and such' But that doesn't really qualify.

Can you think of any evidence of what advantages of having a piece of a triforce are? Or possibly make up ones! Lets hear them!

I thought tha was the middle ?

I don't think they give you any power. It's the other way around, they grant themselves to the people who in the best way manifests the power the parts represent.

We're all aware of trivial facts like that.

I'm seeing if anyone reckons that the triforce pieces possesses any attributives to the beholder, such as Link, Ganondorf and Zelda.

I personally believe it's merely some sort of mental support, well, after considering your opening post.

ToP in Twilight Princess keeps Ganondorf alive it seems. He was ready to keep up the fight, but then the ToP faded away, and you know the rest. This is also supported by the execution scene. Ganondorf seems dead at first, but the ToP kick in and then Boom!!! Stuff happens!

ToP also made Ganondorf able to transform into Ganon in OoT.

Also, ToP seems to give Ganondorf an ego-boost, being all cocky about it.

As for Link and Zelda I don't know...

I believe each piece amplifies what is already in someone's heart. The ToP Amplifies the power that Ganondorf already has.

Of course, Zelda isn't always very smart. You'd think that if the ToW amplified her powers, she would have remembered in OoT that Ganondorf wouldn't have ever gotten past the Master Sword by himself.

Or that just hanging out in the village in the Oracle games put her life in danger.

The pieces themselves don't seem to have any special attributes, other than part of the plot. The wearers of the triforce are chosen by destiny. All Links will have the ToC, all Zeldas will have the ToW, and all Ganondorfs have the ToC as preordaned to happen.

Hmm, well, that would be the obvious matter Daphnes, but I'd like to imagine they would grant some form of attributes to the holder.

I'm pretty sure that's the closest one, that it amplifies the characteristics, but it would just be same if that is all...

I believe that it's true that it's mainly being "used" to amplify the true desire of people. Which is why the ToW is always so pure, the ToP is usually evil and wants to conquer, and the ToC is what gives Link the power to go on.
