Link & Zelda's baby?

Right, no more double threads, I PROMISE.

What would u think if Zelda & Link had a baby?

I don't mean to be rude, but it could be the plot for a new game or the climax of a certain series.

Well, considering how they aren't even in love yet, no, I don't see it happening. Considering this is a proper world, they'd probably get married first.

i think he means when they are ready and if there was a name it would probably be link
to pass down the name of him considering hes a legendary hereo

No girl has been shown to have anything deeper than puppy love with Link. But let's say hypothetically they did. It would likely be named Link, because that's the name of all heroes in the Zelda games.

The Hero of a Zelda game would officially have a father, or any parent. That's probably the biggest reason why it isn't likely to happen. Mention of Link's parents just aren't given, with the exception of OoT Link's mother.

You know what I think this pretend baby of Link and Zelda's should be named?

I imagine they'd name it Zelda if it was a girl, as seems to be the Royal Family's tradition (wasn't that even said in the instruction booklet for AoL? I don't understand all the timeline business though so don't know how that would affect the rest of the series). I think they'd be free to name it whatever they wanted if it was a boy, not necessarily Link. The Links in the games don't seem to be related to the Royal Family (rumors aside), and if I could I'd like to avoid feeding the brother-sister idea that's floating around for some reason.

Or they could name it after some other influential person they know. (Baby Saria? Aww...) Or just name it anything they want.

Agreed. The kid would be either the crown Prince or Princess, so Zelda for a girl, or some kingly name for a boy. Link's also a pretty humble guy, so I don't think he'd want his kid named after him. I could see WW Link and Tetra naming their kid Daphnes, or like Aquanut said, other L/Z's in honor of someone important to them.
As cool as it would be, I don't think we'll ever see Link and Zelda have a kid on screen. The marriage thing I could maybe picture as a finale, but even then, they like to keep it open, so probably not.
