Do you think that navi would be better than minda?

I think that minda is better because she could make you a wolf if you have the spell to transform into a wolf when you beaten Zant.The evil guy.

In my opinion, neither of them are better than the other:

Midna:

Pros:
-she plays a bigger role in the story of TP than Navi in OOT
-she can transform you into a wolf

Cons:
-she does not give you any information about the minor enemies
-most people will remember Navi from OOT(Navi appeared in one of the greatest games of all time)

Simmilarites:
-both leave Link at the end of each games
-both give you hints

I also dont prefer one over the other-Navi does give information about minor enemies yet Midna has a much more interesting story.And in my opinion they both give too many hints.

Midna FTW. She may give way to many hints, but it's only when you ask for them. Navi constantly bugs you to 'listen!' to pointless things you already know.

Midna all the way here. I fully agree with Helmaroc, Navi was nice but Midna gave hints in a more comfortable and less annoying way.

That sums up most I want to say, except: You can see Midna better as a character. She's not a flying ball of light. When she speaks she's really a character. Midna is also funnier.

You'd think this kinda thing would be obvious: MIDNA.

Navi was just so damn annoying. Even after you listened to her once, she'd keep bugging you about it. Eventually it pissed me off so much that I ended up having the TV on mute for the whole game.

Besides, Midna actually had a ROLE in the story, so much so that the game was NAMED after her. Plus, she was the only Zelda character in history ever to be fully voiced, even if it WAS just jibberish.

I'll have to go for Midna... Navi suited her job in OoT just fine, her sterile and clinical presence was literally to let you do things your own way and not get too bogged down caring about a "ball of light", as she was called.

Midna had a purpose, and a place, and while she did get on my nerves from time to time overall her contribution to the game outshines Navi's tenfold. Let's face it, Navi was replaces by Tatl, and there was basically no difference. Replacing Midna will be a different story.

At the end of the day, Midna was better than Navi (but maybe not as memorable), and everything is better than the King of Red Lions.

Well, Midna has her own backstory and intentions and has a number of useful powers at her disposal such as warping, and being able to change you from human the wolf form and back again. Most importantly, she can lift things several times her height with her magic hair. Navi is unfortunately bald, so therefore, Midna wins.

Anyway, they're both kind of in-your-face about things, but Midna eventually learns to give you your space and becomes less intrusive, and I can definitely appreciate that.

Navi is a flying annoying slut I hate her and wish she would burn. Midna is awesome and hot hot...hmmm who should we choose.

I'm with this guy navi always bothers you to "listen"when we already know what to do.

I actually liked Navi, catchphrases and all. I didn't think she was that annoying (although a way to skip to the end on her text would've been nice...), and the flying bestiary aspect was fun. Also, she flew over to objects of interest to draw your attention to them, which was helpful. I liked that she moved around somewhat independent of Link. She may have been assigned to help him, but she did evidently care about him, and the fairy/boy relationship is rather sweet.

Midna is an unquestionably cool character, but I'm a little turned off by how she was taking advantage of Link from the start. That's not such a great trait in an assistant who's supposed to be working with you, even if her motives did change towards the end.

I vote Navi.

No more "ololo I be here to hold your hand" companions, plox.
I'm fine with companions, I just don't need something holding my hand telling me what to do, when to it, and how to do it.

Navi. Navi's annoyingness is unbearable, yet unmatchable. Navi is also the reason link was insane and got stuck in a puffy room with a a free jacket he got when he went there. (It was made of sleeves) Plus Navi would help you defeat enemies.

Midna was reaaly good for helping Link, but Navi I think is the best. More used to a fairy helping Link.

minda and navi are both pretty useful

I know Navi is annoying but how the hell is she a slut!?!
Midna is so much better than Navi.

Midna is totally better in my opinion. I mean, navi was just plain annoying.. and was just a dumb little fairy that looked like a little puff ball. midna is cool. she has a cute little voice, and can do alot more than navi can. so.. yes, i like midna way better.
