cannot complete

i have had zelda oot for 5 years and i still cant complete the game. i have got as far as the fire temple but every time i try to do it i just die is there some sort of cheat to make me stay alive and not burn any help would be helpful so thanks for your help if your willing to help me help my brothers stop beating me up for not being able to do it.

First off all you're not supposed to die burning this often, or rather this easily. Do you have the Goron tunic (The red tunic)? You can also catch a fairy in a bottle with you. If you already have those things... then I'll find something else.

By stopping the rolling goron in Goron City, after having an endless conversation with him, he'll reward you with the Goron Tunic.

is he somwhere in goron city cos i already blew that goron up and he gave a red t shirt

That's right, now if you have that "shirt" don't forget to equip it.

so is that all i have to do then cos my brothers told me that that shirt was for when i get to water temple.

That "red T-shirt" actually is the Goron Tunic. Apparantly, even though you've obtained it, you're still stuck in the Fire Temple?
