Re: Zelda Movie: Volume II

At least people won't read 'Should it be live action or CGI' at the start! God, I'm sick of hearing that debate.

It won't be tights im sure, cream, but not tights... They didn't have tights in the middle ages. It would be like those medieval pajamas, remember those ones with the rear end opening?

Re: Zelda Movie: Volume II

Like I said in my previous post in the original topic, Orlando Bloom = Link and the gorgeous Scarlet Johannson is Zelda.

Re: Zelda Movie: Volume II

I still go with the computer generated, and it should be it's own story just like the zelda games. They should make a movie about the creation of Hyrule but not to go on in theaters.

I think it should be computer generated like Final Fantasy: Advent Children. I mean, that was pretty good, right?

No, it wasn't that good.
People should stop comparing Zelda to FF, they are both completely different on many levels.

It should be an anime movie produced by Nintendo.

Re: Zelda Movie: Volume II

I don't see a point of a CGI Zelda film. A Zelda film would be horrible, period.

IMO this is the safest outlet for commercial success and not as risky as live action. Idealistically I would like the animation to be like Basilisk or the classic Ninja Scroll movie but more modernized. But more than likely it will probably be more in the style of commercial animes like the ones they show on the Cartoon Network and Encore- Wam-Action channels. Example: Inuyasha, Samurai Kyo, Tokyo Warriors, Full Metal Alchemist. It still would be acceptable animation wise though not my first choice.

I've never seen Advent Children but I've heard mixed reviews. Some good some not so good. But I believe it had some commercial success and it was still way better than the other CGI FF movie that bombed at the theaters. But I would give a Zelda CGI a chance anyway.
