Which is your favorite: Midna, Navi, or Tatl?

My answer: Navi

Midna is one of my favorites overall. First off she was such a fantastic character because of her attitude and how she changed throughout the course of TP as you learn more about her and her past and she develops a bond with Link. Secondly she was possibly the most important character in TP's plot (she was the Twilight Princess).

Navi was seriously worthless in OoT. The only times I can recall other characters acknowledging Navi's existence is when the Great Deku Tree talks to her. The story seriously wouldn't have changed much without her and she didn't provide much help to you as the player either.

Tatl had some significance to the game but she still didn't help Link much physically. Plus she's a fairy and doesn't look or act very cool at all (same goes for Navi but I had enough excuses for not liking her).

Midna is clearly the best and got my vote!

Favorite threads are left open if they have a purpose. Since you started the thread with a post like that, this thread doesn't have a real purpose. So, you have two options.

Either you fix this post with a reason for the thread and why you picked that person, or I shut this thread down.

I voted Navi.... you know why? cause I hate the other two. (DON'T KILL ME!!)
Midna because of her personnality and Tatl because of her personnality.

I felt like all that Navi did was Z-target for you, and then give you information about the enemy (which I never used). Midna helped you get up tall platforms, gave you useful information, and was a far more dynamic character than Navi. Not to mention, TP was virtually named after her.

Midna. She's got attitude, she's helpful at times, and she also got a background...

Plus, she plays a far more important role than both Tatl and Navi.

I'm still a fan of the fairies, they were Link's original sidekick, and are better suited IMO. I have a preference for Tatl over Navi, as she has abit more fire in her, and wasn't as annoying as the blue fairy everyone loves to hate.

Midna just stuck out like a sore thumb on poor Wolf Link's back.

Tatl, methinks. I felt that Midna had a bit too much attitude, and Navi got a tad annoying with the "Hey! Listen!" That said, it is close between Tatl and Navi for me. I like fairies.

My favorite is Midna, because she isn't Captian Obvious like Navi or Tatl.

I like Midna. She's so sarcastic.

I've posted my opinion in approximately 3 similiar threads.

Midna. Navi was good too and I HATE Tatl. Midna made me laugh, had a bigger role, and was overall more developed.

Midna is my favorite. She was deeply involved in the plot, rather than just chasing you around and not doing much else. I like how she had attitude in the early parts of the game, and then softened up. Plus, even though she did sometimes give you worthless hints, they were brief and easy to get by quickly.

Don't really know, I'll go for Tatl. Midna was delevoped well but I prefer the classic fairies and in that way I place Tatl over Navi. I felt Tatl never really wanted to help Link but had to and like Midna towards the end you sense a bond forming.

Tatl for me. MM was my first 3D Zelda game, so I just grew up with Tatl. Navi was cool 'cause she was so annoying. And Midna is my second favourite, 'cause she's just different! And powerful. ^_~
