I would presumably choose for Kafei. And, of course, the answer is very simple.
His personality suits me perfectly. He's not only wearing a mask substantially, but his clothing makes him cool as well.

I would be the Magic Bean Salesman, because he is clearly both a pirate and a ninja in a clever disguise. He also has an unlimited supply of food, making him doubly awesome.

DARBUS!!! He's huge, strong, and heat resistant. Plus he's the leader of his tribe which is a nice bonus.
A close second would be Quill or Prince Komali or practically any Rito. It'd just be fun to fly around!
