Tingle - Love or Hate?

Recently, through some unexplained phenomenon, I have found myself starting to like the character of Tingle!

When first introduced in Majora's Mask, I wasn't particually impressed, actually he quite freaked me out. When he reappeared in Oracle of Ages, I thought why on Earth did they want to re-use this guy again?! But found him much more tolerable in his 2D incarnation.

Then the Wind Waker was released and suprise, suprise he reappeared again, only this time he was abit more involved in the story. Also he is no longer alone in his mission to be one weird mofo! Along with him were Ankle, Knuckle, and David Jr. As much as I found it unnecessary for him to be back, I was more intrigued about him now, and think his design was quite well suited to WW style. I thought the change of his character in FSA was quite well done also, with his real lust for the Force Gems, turning him into a true love to hate figure, nabbing the precious gems milliseconds before you do! And the foursome then return to the Minish Cap as quite helpful Kinstone Fusion partners, which if memory serves leads you primarily to the Magic Boomerang.

Ok, so the point is I want to see if anyone else has warmed to the quirky man known as Tingle? Also is anyone else the least bit anticipating the release of "Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rose-Colored Rupee Land"?!

I really could care less. I mean he made me maps in Majoras Mask, and then he stiffed me for those same services in WW. So it all really balances out.

I hate the guy! Yeah, he's helpfull in WW, but I HATE the guy!

Tingle... is a really strange person, and I like strange person. Ordinary people in Zelda just bore me.

I love him for his weirdness, yep. There I said it, althoughhe is more than weird, he made the word supernatural weird, thats his power so... RESPECT HIM!

Hate him. Not only is he camp to the nth degree, he's annoying and a very unloveable rogue. How does he expect to become a fairy? You know, I reckon it's all a facade. He's really a criminal. PH33R.

I don't HATE Tingle because theres not really any good reason to hate him. I don't LOVE him either because he also has no good reasons to like him much. I voted indifferent because he does have an important role in WW and helps you out in other games (MM) so he's not completely useless like many characters so besides being weird he's an ok character.

How could you not love a guy who has enslaved his family and some random guy who washed up on his beach. That is a personality of a pure friend.

i dont see why we love him that much besides that he helps you win a game. lol he charges about 397 Rs per chart. lol he is gready.

Greed makes the world go round. Tingle makes my world go round. If it doesn't make yours....he'll make you his slave!

I really don't like Tingle all that much. He steals your triforce gems in FSA. >:X He's kinda weird looking, too [especially in MM O.O]. Although... he is pretty cute looking in WW. :3

I have always liked Tingle, and enjoy him in every game he's in. Even FSA, though he tries to nab force gems you haven't. I'm not sure why people complain about this, since if you don't get enough you just get warped back to get the rest you need. You don't even have to redo the whole dungeon.

If Tingle's game hits the states, and I see it, I will get it. I am looking forward to this, and would hate for it to not come here.
