What about Ghoma(OoT) and Oldowa(MM) that would be very intersting as for mini-bosses
a Darknut from Wind Waker(I Don't own TP) and a Iron Knucle(OoT).

morpha has complete control over water. so it could make itself double the size of morpheel and strangle the life out of it
