Which Game had the best music?

In your opinion, which 3D Zelda game had the best music?

Ocarina of Time
Majora's Mask
Wind Waker
Twilight Princess

For me, its a tie between WW and OoT. What about the rest of you?

I liked the music in tWW and TP but there really should be a poll here.

tWW and TP had really upgraded music from the previous Zelda games. The music while riding, boating fighting and even when talking to certain characters like Zelda and the light spirits were all so well done.

I like the Twilight Princess music. Especially the music in the Twilight. It's awesome. ^^

I really like Twilight Princess music, but close behind it would be OoT. I think most Zelda games had great music so it is a little hard to choose.

OOT.

TP was mostly OOT remixes and the Hyrule theme remixed. Still good, but not the best.

Ocarina of Time. It produced the highest number of memorable original themes that are extremely catchy. MM, WW, and TP, for the most part, consisted of only OoT remixes (or in MM's case, the exact same music file; same with TP re-using the Temple of Time theme). Let's take a look of themes are started in OoT, shall we?

-Saria's Song
-Song of Storms
-Sun's Song (used in every 3D Zelda since)
-House theme (used in every 3D Zelda since and TMC)
-Gerudo Valley Theme
-Epona's Song
-Goron/Zora theme
-Kokiri Forest
-Forest, Fire (chanting version), and Spirit Temple themes
-New overworld theme


Aside from those themes, I think Ocarina of Time has the best theme used in any Zelda game: The Final Battle with Ganon. That song is so epic and it really reaks of the atmosphere!


In second place, I'd have to vote for Majora's Mask. I love the Song of Healing, the Stone Tower theme, Clock Town theme, and pretty much all thr original tunes/remixes. They all have this unique sound to them that I really enjoy. Now, WW and TP both have good music, but it's quite weak compaired to OoT and MM if you ask me.

Hows about, none of the above.

Link Awakening had some rockin music.

Twilight Princess by far, for me. It seemed to fit everything so much more than music from any other game. Like when entering a new place, Lake Hylia for instance, I'd always think "YES, this is what Lake Hylia should sound like".

The songs might not be catchy and upbeat all the time, like in certain previous games, but they filled each place with more emotion and gave every location a lot of character, in my opinion.

TP music against Dark Lord Ganondorf, thats the only reason I fight him now.

For me it was WW, OoT & TP.

My favorites are "Ocarina of Time" and "Zelda II"...

I don't know why people complain about TP being remixes of OOT music, and then pick OOT. Wouldn't that make TP an improvement? Whatever. I'd choose TP, it had my favourite overworld theme, music that fit the locations, and most of the songs were either epic or catchy, or both.

Ocarina of Time. No doubt about it, here. Majoras Mask on a second place and Twilight Princess third.

I would have to say Ocarina of time and Twilight Princess. Both are very alike but TP ones in my eyes are just done up!

I realllly like orchestrated versions of everything song from OoT. They're amazing classics. But, I especially love the TP music. It's just...so, so great! I can't even expain how much.

TP. I love remixes a lot. Especially ones that you might be able to dance to.

TWW has the best music. I don't know whyyy, but I like them aall.

OOT had the best music i have the CD in fact, WW comes next then TP.
