Zelda games into movies: Rating

I'd like to know your opinion on what rating of your favorite zelda game would be if it was a movie don't forget to add what is in it like Thematic Elements or Language and stuff. ( And don't be afraid to add language what would you think of the language)

OOT: PG, Thematic Elements, Mild Blood, Scary Images , Brief Language, Fantasy Violence.
MM: PG, Thematic Elements, Blood, Scary Moments, Some Disturbing Images, Brief Language, Fantasy Violence.
TP: PG-13, Thematic Elements, Blood some gore, Scary Moments, Disturbing Images ( BIG TIME), Language, Use of Alcohol and Drugs, Fantasy Violence.

What's Your Opinion?

Re: Zelda games into movies: Rating

Haha, I think we've been waiting for this one

WW: G, thematic elements, mild violence, bright colors.

Ok, now that that's done...

MM: 14-A, mature subject matter, mild gore, frightening moments.
AoL: R, boring yet very sexual (like almost every other R-rated movie in Hollywood nowadays).

WW would definatly be G (cartoon violence) but even though they are great games, when you think about it the stories are kinda cliche and cheesey

Re: Zelda games into movies: Rating

I personally am against a specific Zelda game being made into a movie- I'd rather see a movie based on the series itself.

As for a rating-
PG-13 for thematic elements (the "the attitude, tone, and intention of the film," for those like me who were too afraid to ask), violence, and scary images.

Do we really need language in a Zelda film? Seriously, they got through the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy without it, along with most of the Star Wars films.

Oh, come on- AoL kicked all of our butts, yes, but no reason to be hating on it everywhere you go.

Re: Zelda games into movies: Rating

OoT: PG for scary moments, thematic elements
MM: PG for scary moments, scary images, thematic elements
WW: PG for violence (too much violence for a G movie. I am comparing to the ones I used to watch *coughDisneycoughcough*)
TP: PG-13 for violence, blood, scary images, thematic elements, scary moments, and suggestive themes. The Great Fairy and Telma, anyone?
I would so go see an OoT or TP movie, if they made one. (Following my ratings, of course.)

Re: Zelda games into movies: Rating

TP shouldn't be anything more than a PG-13.
OoT should probably get a PG. (If these were to be made into movies.)

Yes, but did you totally miss Ganondorf getting stabbed through his head?
Shocking, isn't it?

Re: Zelda games into movies: Rating

i think that they should make a movie about the game series itself instead of about one particular game
