Re: The Boss Thread

Fyrus' weak spot is not his eye, it's the jewel on his forehead. but other than that you are right, it seems that those bosses have way too big of eyes. you'd think they could see the stuff coming.

Because, if their weakness weren't bluntly obvious, people would complain it was too hard to defeat them. duh.

My new favorite boss definatly has to be Argorok: the only boss besides Ganon who takes more than 3 minutes to destroy...and Ganon just takes so long because he has 4 parts.

Well... Argorok sounds great..... I want to defeat him soon....... (when I start to play Twilight Princess) until that, Gyorg it's the most impressive and harder boss..... for me.
A fight versus Armoghoma and Stallord...... wow..... I'm waiting for that too..

Andross......... his name sounds familiar to me............but I couldnīt remember........
Well changing topic Bongo Bongo is like the most rare boss or enemy in a game....... His attacks and the way to defeat him are original and awesome..... his hands and his moves are amazing.............
For me ...... the most amazing boss is Phantom Ganon, the most rare boss is Bongo Bongo and the harder Gyorg. ....

No, that's the second boss of Lylat Wars.

Andross is actually the person whom assasinated Fox's father.

Re: The Boss Thread

I liked Fyrus because firstly I love Gorons in general and I thnk it's amazing how Nintendo turned a Goron into the Twilit Igniter. Also he reminds me vaguely of the Balrog.

Re: The Boss Thread

Morpheel - When it was emerging from the bed my mind was just going "CrapCrapCrapCrapCrapCrapCrap"

Stallord - I liked his first form, second looked a bit cheesy just floating around like he did.

Bongo-Bongo - Was just awesome, looked awesome, had an awesome setting, hell he even sounded awesome.

Got more, but these stand out as being significant.

In MC, I'd have to say my favorite boss is The Wind Palace one, the flying manitees! :-D

In MC and TP, ive noticed that they styled things and added features in them from the older games. Like in Zelda 1, when you destroy the dragons body all the heads disconnect and shot at you while floating around for example.

Re: The Boss Thread

Personally I like all of the 3D bosses. The 2D bosses always seemed a bit easy, if that makes any sense.

Hmm, seemed backwards to me.
I found Trinnexx as one of the hardest things I have ever had to fight.

Re: The Boss Thread

The hardest boss for me in OOT is Morpha. Its so hard to hit that freakin nucleus with the hookshot! Another boss that took me forever was the last puppet gannon in TWW. Hitting that tiny string with a light arrow while that thing is zippin all over the room was nearly impossible for me (all three times I've played the game).

FAVORITE BOSS has to be Queen Ghoma just because if you've got the skills then you can beat her in like 10 seconds. Me and my friends used to see who could beat her the fastest!

Ahh Bongo Bongo, I love that guy... perso-... thing. He's just so darn original, probably the last thing we'd expect from and end of Temple boss.

Re: The Boss Thread

My favourite boss is Volvagia, he looks so cool and is like the chinese dragon, not the eastern ones.
I just realised my signature clashes with this post.
