Hmm... This is a hard one.
My personal favorites are ALttP, OoT, MM, and WW is close, but not up in their level. TP didn't impress me much.

OOT
OOT is, in my opinion, the greatest game of the Zelda Franchise, and the greatest game of all time. It was perfect. A masterpiece.
Storyline - 10/10 The storyline was deep, it contained plot twists, beauty, mystery and, of course, it incorporated many elements from ALTTP, which is an amazing game, too. Music - 10/10 Greatest music I have ever heard. With music such as Saria's Song, Serenade Of Water, Requiem Of Spirit, the Gerudo Valley theme and much more, this game was a musical masterpiece. Gameplay - 10/10 Well, the gameplay was spectacular, introducing targeting, which made the gameplay the greatest in the Zelda franchise at the time.You could move smoothly and fluently, utilize many, many items and weapons, and ride Epona. Graphics - 10/10 For its time, this game was visually the greatest, in my opinion. The graphics have aged well, despite them looking a little blocky at times. Look at FFVII, those graphics looked blocky then! The OOT graphics are a joy to witness. This masterpiece has create such nostalgia within me, and is the pinnacle of gaming. I don't care if the nostalgia has made me bias. I'll admit that it has! It is impossible to judge something completely without bringing emotions into it. OOT is perfect.
