Amm.... I'd give a no. Really, most of the Zelda games do already have a conclusion, so there I don't see the reason why there should be Part 2 for all the Zelda games. Wind Waker could be an exception, but I doubt they'll be reediting it just for adding a Part 2.

Heh... Goron man, you got a point
 . PH proves to be more of a sequel than MM for OoT. However, the question is if there's got to have a part 2 for ALL of the Zelda games . So PH is number 2 for WW and MM for OoT, Zelda 2 for Zelda (obviously, and then I think I missed some...), but we don't know yet if there will have more sequels for the games. (Just like, TP wasn't expected in the series, and PH neither)

TP TWW (PH) TMC FS (FSA) ALttP (LA) OoS (OoA) LoZ (AoL) Really, only two of the games are missing a paired sequel.
