Bad/good things that happend to you in zelda games.

This thread is to talk about your bad/good things that happen to you in a zelda game of any kind and for example:

example 1 (bad thing): I went up to a Darkut and asked him to be my friend.
example 2 (good thing): Stabbing a Moblin in the rear.

Bad: my game froze after i got all the stray fairied in the first temple in majora's mask and i need to start again
the game froze on my goron quest in majora's mask
and much more.....

Good: I beat the big moth guy in alttp in one shot one day after i couldn't beat it for 2 weeks before.

Bad: I finally managed to finish the first dungeon in MM and went to save at an owl statue. A few hours later I picked up the game again and continued toward the snow lands. I got tired and just shut down my N64, figuring that my game was saved. The next time I sat down to play...... oh the fury...

Good: Ocarina of Time (or Zelda 64, lol) finally came out after many years of waiting. I never thought it would get such a fanboy following though. Should've expected it.

Good - Getting into the zoras haven for the first time

Bad- Chilling with the skullkids at an older age

Good Seeing the castle from a distance for the first time in OoT.

Bad Getting killed by a pig on the shore of Windfall Island in WW.

Good: I noticed that the Hero's Charm in TWW was a Sheikah artifact.
Bad: I smashed the pot on the lady's head in TWW.

Good: I enjoy beating the pigs in TWW.
Bad: I enjoy beating the pigs in TWW.

Good: I once made a Beamos kill a couple of those bird things in TWW for me by accident. That was so cool.

Bad: In OoT, I was like half way through Dodongo's Cavern and I hadn't saved the game once yet and my brother hit the N64 and it froze up. I had to start the whole game over.

Good: I've been figuring out ALttP dungeons on my own.

Bad: ALttP dungeons have too many monsters and bad stuff! I can't handle it! >.<

Good: Killing a giant bird thingey from WW with a bow at one thousand yards.

Bad: Jumping into a lava pit in OoT at Ganondwarfs castle.

GOOD: I got all the Chickens in the pen in OOT for the bottle.

BAD: I used Din's Fire in the pen.

Good: Beating LoZ:LA in 3h 45min approx. (Didn't beat world record, though)

Bad: Finding out I was running around in Nazi swastica(dunno how to spell it, don't care) mapped dungeons in LoZ.

Bad Thing: I was playing MM once, and I was playing the notes on the ocarina, where that rock had notes on it. Any ways, I played it, went in that hole around the area, left, and the game froze. I didn't save either.

That's it.

Good: Finally getting all the bottles in OoT, even though I had beaten the game already...

Bad: Searching high and low for Big Poes, and wishing I had another bottle... And getting that bottle when my quest was finished.

Good: Beating Ganon/Ganondorf in Oot on the first try.

Bad: My gameboy running out of power after getting several upgrades in TMC.

Good: this may sound braggy but in WW I shot a peahat at a distance that so ridicalusly far so far it looked like a small dot.

Bad: I used up most of my arrows doing that.

I OoT:

Bad: It took me forever to notice the similaities between Talon's milk crates at the castle and the moon blocks that you move around in the Deku Tee.

Good: I found out you can ignite bombs with arrows in the Shadow Temple near the end. I also became a sharpshoote in that game, as I could hit anything other than Keese and Guays with one shot.

Good: this is sorta funny but in WW I keep on shooting Moeblins with my bow and arrows and for some reason I shoot them in the rear a lot and also try to recreate a scene from lord of the rings because the arrows stick in the Moeblins if you shoot them in a certin spot.
(I also succeded)

Bad: I was not a very good shot at the time.

Good: I got all the masks in MM, including the Fierce Deity's Mask on the first time playing the game.

Bad: I got it, then went back to the First Day, where I didn't have it and I had to do the moon sequence all over again.

Bad: Putting on the iron boots and jumping in the water in TWW, determined to see the underside of that opaque, cel-shaded ocean. Majora's Mask freezing on the third day after countless owl-statue-saves. A death count of 224 in ALTTP.
Good: I'm a pro at the little shooting-barrels-with-cannonballs minigame in TWW! (And a pro at nothing else ; )

Bad: Once, I played Ocarina of Time for a LONG time and I've finished the game. When I start the game file I used to complete the game, where do I start? In the Spirit Temple! I forgot to save between the Spirit Temple and Ganon's Castle!
Good: In Ocarina of Time (again), the first time I went in Hyrule field, the chances of crossing Hyrule field to Hyrule Market are about 1 on 4. However, I was able to get to it.

Bad: Delivering the final blow on Ganon during the final battle, just as the power goes off. When i started the game up again, i was just at the entrance to the castle. Had to do the whole castle again, grrrr

Good: Saving Romani Ranch from the Aliens using nothing more than the Hookshot
