Things we don't notice in Zelda games

This thread is about weird things we usually don't notice in Zelda. Mine's about something in OoT. Did you guys ever notice that when young Link pulls the master sword out of the pedestal, the little gold spot on the sword turns into a star? Was that really a star, or just a glitch? Hmmmm.....So, what about you guys? Have you ever noticed any thing else weird in any games? Post here!

When you would Jump on one terrain and end up on the other it would make the same noise as it did on the other terrain for a split second.

I noticed something about the Composer Bros in the Graveyard in OoT. On their heads, they have little symbols. Sharp has a red sun and Flat has a green moon with a little yellow star inside it. The latter is strangely like the old Gerudo symbol...

hmm... since they are ghosts, we don't know what race they were. maybe since they were the ROYAL composers, and since ganon was a royal servant to the king, maybe the fact that ganon was a gerudo would have something to do with it to. maybe they served him.

What I didn't notice was that that chest was behind the shooting galery in Clock town. I never thought to go up on the roof and find 100 dollars..

Well I knew they were rupees. I mean with the way real life is now, most people wouldn't expect to get rich by climbing their roof. Unless they live in an apartment building and are trying to make the world record of "Highest building to jump off of, and try to live."

They were Hylian, and they say that they served the Royal Family of Hyrule themselves. They also say that they sacrificed themselves so that Ganondorf couldn't take their research. Another thing that is normally overlooked: In OoT, in the final battle with Ganon (not Ganondorf) if you look at his hair, you'll notice that it's split into three ponytails. What other being in Hyrule has it's hair split into three ponytails? The Great Fairies. Also, the Lens of Truth is a Sheikah artifact and it looks uncannily like the Sheikah symbol (probably because it was made by a Sheikah).

I can't remember where... I think it's when you play zelda's lullaby in front of a gossip stone... a really fat pink fairy comes out that you can heal with.

Re: Things we don't notice in Zelda games

This was a good idea for a thread. Ok, I've got one.

In the very first version of OOT Nintendo released, when you put the Master Sword back in its pedistal and you turn back into Young Link, he does that little hop off the pedistal, right? Well, in the first version, when he hits the ground it's soundless. Only in the upgraded version do his feet make the sound of hitting the ground. That, and if I remember correctly, it sounds like Link hitting the ground like it was made of dirt when the ground below him is solid stone. Am I right, or stupid?

Re: Things we don't notice in Zelda games

Sometimes, when you make Link jump from one place to another, he'll grab the ledge, quickly pull himself up, fall back down, and repeat the process over and over again. You can get out of it by moving Link when he's in the air, but why would you want to do that?

Re: Things we don't notice in Zelda games

Did you ever notice...

...that there are TONS of rupees to find, yet inflation is never an issue in Hyrule?

...that Zoras were originally evil fish women called Zolas (LoZ), then they started to become friendly and had a male gender (LttP), then they became those graceful, friendly, and sexy things you see in OoT and MM?

...that Link's clones in tMC are all green, limited, fragile, and energy based, while Link's clones in FS and FSA are multi-colored, equally balanced, and are just as real as the original green Link?

...that fairies are unhappy when you place them in a bottle?

...that trying to come up with a perfect Zelda timeline is impossible?

...that Link, a pure-hearted kid, used the evil powers of the Fierce Deity's Mask in MM?

...That the royal family are fans of Mario?

...That Talon and Malon are fans of Mario?

...That the inspiration for Talon and Malon came from Tarin and Marin from LA?

...that Link has been called "sexy" by a homosexual magazine? (shiver)

...that except for a quic
